The stories in it are great. Loved Sayuri's story even if it was quite unhappy one and loved the wedding crash of another.

I was a bit disappointed with choices, at the start there are confusingly many choices but once you have "picked" a girl, there's almost no way of guiding the story, all you practically do is watch with only a few choices in between, some of which don't affect the story at all aside from bit of extra chat.

And no, there's no translated version of this.

Sorry, neither Kaoru nor any of the other characters from the first YIN YANG! X-CHANGE ALTERNATIVE game are in this one. I just wrote an e-mail to the company Peach Princess and got a reply that it "shares similar themes, but the characters are all different." I am assuming that it will be another game story about a guy who is changed against his will into a girl, but otherwise it's completely unrelated.
