@MichaelHansenFUN - Ricky Martin wouldn't join the group for at least another year, this Ricky is Ricky Melendez and was the last of the original Menudos to leave.  In this group, Miguel would leave during that year, than Johnny the next year and finally a few months later Ricky Melendez. Ricky Martin would replace Ricky Melendez.

@MichaelHansenFUN - Yes, I read that people had already responded, I thought I'd give you some history about this Ricky being the last of the founding members to leave the group. This Ricky was also the cousin of the creator of Menudo & while he might have seem from this show like the lead singer, it was so far from the truth since Johnny and Miguel (the two from the left) were the real main singers of the group.
