I don't really understand your grammar near the last half of this run-on sentence. But no matter where you live, laws are laws. And any court will follow through with a concealed weapons charge. If you are found carrying an automatic knife in a county/state/province where such knives are illegal. Then yes, you will probably be charged and fined.

It depends on how you carry it. If it is a sheath, then its legal. But in it HAS to be in sight. otherwise its illegal.

This depends on where you live. For example, the province that I live in, there is no law that determines how old you must be to carry a knife. But almost all stores that carry ANY sort of knife won't sell to people under the age of 18. And there are no stores that carry automatics. My guess would be that if autos are legal in your state, then it would be no different than carrying a regular folder. But make sure you are within the blade length by-laws as well, if it applies.

Thanks! The Zero Tolerance 0302 is a great EDC knife, and so are the CRK Sebenza and any Kirby Lambert Custom knives.

The tiger striping may come off the ZT0302 in use, but its not a big deal unless you are really concerned with costmetics. Custom knives makes awesome users, they have a personalization to them and don't cost much more.
