The acting is lacking a bit. Next time get someone involved in acting or has some experience with it and have them direct your video. A decent director will also tell you to slow the pace and do several takes from different angles.

Another thing to make it more effective would be the use of make up. In this case since you're making fun of a commercial some over the top make up and customs would help to make your video funnier.
