i burn my finger on a presser (for ironing clothes quicker) should i sue the company that makes these for not warning me that the presser will be hot when it on. :) I wouldnt because i knew that it will be hot and im britain but if a fucking armerican (not every armericain the one that are fuck up) did this they would sue the company.

These warning labels are there because people sued companies for not putting warning labels on things reguarding stupid things that they did (or didnt do :) which resulted in them getting hurt or whatever. It's sad how many dumb people there are in the world.
I can't imagine how someone would swallow a hammer. Why the H would there be a warning label against something like that? However, maybe someone TRIED to eat a hammer and ended up breaking their teeth and sued the hammer company for not putting a warning label on it!! XD!!

on a grade 8 nelson science book in an experiment part... it says warning:cut away from body... pretty much the same thing as saying warning do not cut self with knife...
while you are making some good points about the stupidity of people using and misusing products (mandating the printing of stupid warning labels) - if you typed this, you might want to check you spelling on a few of them to avoid the irony...
