No it's not just you. I would be willing to bet that all UPY units in LA have some sort of graffti on it whether it's some initials or a large piece of "art." Like snufffy said these units are stored in unsecured places that are in the ghetto or industrial areas where graffiti is a common sight. I have even seen a few GEVO's and SD70ACe's with graffiti.
I love to watch how the locomotives can actually fit inbetween buildings !

It's getting worse. they leave the units in unsecured place which very easy access to taggers.
