Here's the deal. The anime takes place between DMC 1 and 2 I think) The anime ends on the characters going for a job on an island wich corresponds to the facts in DMC2. There might be of another series of this anime to be produced but it would take place between DMC 2 and 4 of after the 4th (plausible considering that Nero could be staring in the anime as a secondary character). But dont go pushing on the creators too hard. Creating the intrigue of a whole serie is one heck of a challenge.
