Apple does not have remote access which is why u never buy a Mac. Pathetic for them not to offer RA to their techs & public cuz techs luv RA! RA is a godsend it is to consumer & tech what x-ray machine is to a doctor. Since '03 thanks to RA my computer has never been in the shop & Geek Squad never to my house! Dell/HP has RA every company needs RA, Apple cares only about profit not great customer service Apple sez RA is a "liability" which is a lie cuz other companies implemented RA years ago!

This is great!! I help my friends alllll the time over the phone to fix things and stuff that would normally take about a min for me to do it but over the phone telling them they get confused and it ends up taking half an hour just to do something that would normally take 1 min!

One of my friends has messing around with my pc one day froze it..and like a idiot kept on pressing n holding the power button .. now when i turn on my pc the screen wont turn on it says.. no input signal or Monitor Status: Inactive... so what can i do besides take it to get it fixed?

You're kidding, right? Linux is a kernel. Operating systems making use of it are typically more stable, reliable and functional than Windows operating systems.

An OS is a tool like any other computer component. What works best for you may not be the best choice for someone else. I enjoy Unix-like OSs because of the control I can exact over my systems and the reliability.

I think the Beryl GUI is so much better tthan windows along with it stability but most software that i use won't work on linux and there's very few games that are compatible with it!

Linux aps crash all the time, especially Firefox or Opera. Windows XP aps never crash for me. Therefore Windows is more stable. Now get the fuck off the internet.
