why is it that one of your head lights are on? i see that on a lot of bikes whats the purpose of it? or what causes it?

@kylehobbs93 One light is regular headlight thats always on. both headlights on = high beams

I am 1, 72cm - 5' 8''; with this height could I touch the floor with my on two feet (obvious) on the pilot seat? (RR, R1, GSXR whatever the sport bike).
