screw these pinheads, the U.S cia is major importer, all the ruich families of europe yes all of them got rich dealing opium and still do. clinton ws major coke importer in hoit springs.cia invented crack and specifically targetd black heigborhoods, so these guys are imbeciles. legalize drugs is the only way to deal with it.our prisons are full of drug defenadants they get free labor out of them thats why they call it prison industries.
With mentioning the presidents admitted usage, there is another place to ask 'why' the hypocrisy in his statement to continue the war on drugs...
Then the continuing blind eye is turned to the reasoning behind DEA continued use of its force to crack down on 'soft' targets instead of a focus to work on the finding places where violence with fire-arms is prevalently linked to the drug trade.
When ever I come across this subject, that reminds myself of what one Oregon sheriff said about this, and had me shake my head in disbelief. He admitted to finding and letting a dealer continue till he accumulated enough wealth to be worth busting!
As for decline in marijuana,to me its related to the persecution for possession is equivalent to harder drugs, like crack. In Beaumont,TX crack was more available, than pot. Both are given harsh punishments. One requires a smaller amount to get high.
At the start for the reasoning to the decline in alcohol consumption, are you really sure it was for 'moral' implications,or the fear bestowed into the uneducated folx of their being a hell of torment if they did not conform?
(that seems to fit more into why the under-toe took place for the sweeping rise in a underground culture around booze)
for in human nature does it not show there is more of a re-action taken from a state of fear, than a challenge to ones belief system of what is right?
@0:13:00 am I mistaken to believe there was a rule to never bring US military assets to bear on the people of the US?
Did have some feedback and questions to the reasoning for the decline of LSD, that I'm guessing I'll have to find a copy of your papers on the subject, to see if its answered already within its pages.
The solution is simple.Just lLegalize all drugs.

Governments of this planet attack people on the basis of an innate drive to inebriation we've been enjoying for a million years or more.
Why continue to fund it? Get out now while you definitely can. Go and live on an island in the belly of Asia, paying nothing no longer toward no war.
Unggg... yeah.!

I'd ask 'why' the argument is not brought up, and see the reasons placed on the table,in this area of the public discourse where polices are made!

your original statement on seeking a easy out from the arrest of being a marijuana user is very much still a fact to myself, with the usa!
No mention for the economey is suffering extreme hardship as the reasoning for a decline to marijuana use.
Netherlands is also seeing a immigration surge, like never before seen or dealt with of a culture that holds very different value system.
The psychosis an leading to harsher drugs due to marijuana is a joke, when tobacco & alcohol is used 1st!
