@derek23262 The whole point of Delta Force is to be secretive, your not supposed to know anyone in Delta, because as they say "it doesn't exist". Of course it does but everything is on lock down, that guy isn't going to blab about hes in Delta for one and for two hes not going to say it to your dad then go on TV. I don't think people realize how secretive Delta is.. they have for about 1,000 operatives the budget of the entire USMC, these guys are literally 100 million dollar weapons of war.

@GamersTheaterHD Army SF (Green Berets) are on every continent except Antarctica. Most Green Berets will work on more than one continent during their service. They try to blend in with the everyday people, which is why they are allowed to have beards and wear civilian clothes and any hair style. Being all over the world you might have hostile groups recognize and track you down. Unlikely? Yes. But pays to be safe. No current Delta Force Operator would have time for a TV show..

I mean I agree 95% of it is the mind set but some is physical fitness.... I do not believe any of it has to do with genes of the human body cause if that where the case I do no some guys who are SF that wouldn't be due to genes.

@Oxstayne Some of it is genetics, though... that's why there aren't that many blacks in Navy SEALs, proven that their body falls to hypothermia faster and the buoyancy of their muscles is heavier than their white counterpart. They weren't designed for such cold costistant climate.
