  • I think the beginning scene of this episode did two important things (at least in my mind), one was to mark for sure this 1990's version of The Outer Limits as definitely different and possibly more unique and better than the 1960's version and also got us out of thinking of Richard Thomas as just as John Boy Walton.

  • Isn't this episode 14?

  • @darkfury71 Season 1 Episode 15 "The New Breed" Original air date: 23 June 1995 (according to wikipedia)

  • Good night John Boy

  • I remember as a child I used to have nightmares just listening to the music, awesome! Good to discover those things again!

  • ADVERTS FUCK OFF YOU WANKERS

  • FINALLY !!! :O THNAK YOU!!!!

  • I LOVE you for this!

  • @saguy98 And I love you. Because I've learned that Platonic love *can* exist between two grown men.

  • Just too many ideas and moments in this episode that smacks of that awesome 80's movie, The Fly. After you watch that, you might be tempted to spit on this.

  • HOW CAN ANYONE WATCH THIS AND SAY THEY WERE LOOKING FOR IT TO BOOT?? THIS IS NOT 1963!

  • I want awesome nanobots too.

  • luv it

  • I love this episode! The Outer Limits is an awesome show!

    Peter Outerbridge is great! (:

  • This is one of the best episodes.

  • What did they say about human pride?.....

  • any chance u have season 4 episode 8 rite of passage i cant find it any where in english or where i can watch it in ireland.

  • LOL love the look on the guy behind at 2:50 he just knows its headed for disaster.

  • This episode is really, really gruesome and creepy.

  • @hanshotfirst1138 What he said.. >_<

  • sounds like transhumanism, ray kurzweil .singularity gone wrong

  • here in belgium TOL is greatly underrepresented. THeres the occasional reruns of the x files over and over and although i really like mulder & scully also TOL doesnt seem to be taken so seriously because of it's far fetched stories but thats what make them briliant to me.

I only really saw season 1 2 and 3 , and the rest i just have to search on internet because no one here will run them. (and they are only on dvd in french).

  • the new breed and sandkings are my FAVE episodes of outer limits i wish they did a dvd collection or aired them ALL again

  • They are all on DVD.I have them

  • Looks like i finnally found an Outer Limits episode without Aliens, Time Travel or robots (or do the NanoBots count as robots?)

  • I dont know which is worse, the writing or the acting.

  • It's the writing man. Watch enough of these and see all the great well-known actors fail miserably and one can only conclude it's the writing.

  • And why would anyone take scientific advice from John Boy Walton?

  • Wow this is classic stuff! People in these episodes still believing in God and all.....oh wait people still do? Damn I should have delayed this comment another 20 years.

  • This was my favorite episode ever, and really impressed me back in 1995 when I was 11.

    It's still pretty awesome. :)

    (LOL I'M SO OOOLD.)

  • 1995 - 11 - old...

    so i am already dead?

and i thought i just smell a little funny O_o

  • @PureOath I was 15 when it was on - how do you think I feel? :p

  • @PureOath Sand kings was my fav!

  • @PureOath Haha I was 11 as well!!! God us 80s babies are old. This show used to scare the living shit out of me.

  • good night,john boy,lol.

  • Wow, john boy from the Waltons has aged well!

  • 1:34

The black lady asks the guy a legitimate question and he gets all pissed off.

  • Outer limits rules.....

  • jeez, the guy finds a cure for cancer and he's getting pestered by his boss

  • Maybe these nano bots can repair the cells in my dick so I can get it up like the good ol days.

  • Is this the episode when he grows a third eye on his head??? lulz

  • It sure is!

  • awesome, I've been looking for this episode!

  • I can do better than God! ha...never say something like that in an outerlimits episode....he is toast!

  • LULZ!!! Yep =D

  • yw ;)
