OK I AM GOING TO DEBATE FROM BOTH SIDES HEREok a .44 magnum is a extreamly powerful gun so even if he didnt burn he wouldent be able to use his arm for at least a few months and mw3 takes place a few hours after mw2 now on the other hand if u remember the mission where ghost died there where still more people around who could have saved him......or they could have helped sheperd and u can tell ghost wasnt whering a bullet proof vest cause u saw the blood splatter
