All you have to do is go to apple's website and download the free Xcode3 and do the same thing

As of now all the multi-touch gestures on the iPad, iPhone, etc. only uses a maximum of two fingers

These new ones will only work with four or five fingers. Apple has developed it to make sure that if let's say you pinch out while viewing the web, it won't return to the home screen as you do that with only two fingers :)
