stay more controlled. U keep leaning forward as u drop. Dropping fast is fine but its has to be controlled. Dropping fast down and pushing fast up is great for the Oly lifts but leaning on the balls of ur feet will blow ur knees. Push through the heels
Try putting your feet closer together, the same distance you would in a vertical jump. This is much easier on the knees and is a natural dip. You'll be able to get much lower and it won't be tearing up the outside of your knees.
dropping too fast, feet not straight.. feet movement during the squat. knees should stay behind toes during whole squat.. so stick your ass out more.. and keep your feet where they are.
