man does it bug me how most of the cartoons are animated nowadays, i mean its like theyre all in south park style! use premade parts and justy stick them together to get the desired pose or expression. it seems like red vs blue puts more effort into animation then some of the cartoons nowadays!

For a Freakazoid movie, Seth Green could be Dexter. Jim Carrey would have made a good Freakazoid 15 or so years ago. This is probably one of those occasions where it would be best to get an unknown for the part!

I wish they WOULD make a movie for Freakazoid, but only if they keep the original cast members/medium! The whole story just works so well as hand-drawn animation, and most cartoons changed to live-action or CGI movies REALLY suck! The casting people become so focused on finding someone who fits each character's physical description they forget to make sure the people they cast are a good fit! And while Jim Carrey WOULD be a great Freakazoid, he just a LITTLE too old for the part of TEEN hero.

NO WAY!!! Johnny Depp as Freakazoid, are you crazy? Don't get me wrong; he's great with the lunatic heros (loved him as Jack Sparrow, pretty good singer in Sweeney Todd). But his heroes have a more . . . debonair nature, the bad boys with a few screws loose, as it were. I still say, if they DO make a movie, they should keep to hand-drawn animation with the original cast. All of the teen actors I can think of are either in the good yet depressing Harry Potter/Twilight movies or have been sucked into the corruptive black hole that is the Disney Channel. Besides, half of Freakazoid's humor/identity comes from Paul Rugg's voice; I couldn't picture him, or any of the other characters for that matter, with a different voice!

Besides, Paul Rugg created Freakazoid, and since he's not dead yet, it only seems fair that he gets first dibs on the part. Cosgrove, on the other hand, may have to be recast; depending on how long it takes the TV execs to get their heads out of their butts and start putting GOOD shows on TV and GOOD movies on the big screen, Eddie Asner may be dead. Ricardo Montenbal has already passed away :(

@MrLegoCreations since jim carrey has the mask already, someone who has the personality and facial structure and expressions who already does some of freakazoids behaviors is Jerry Trainor, who plays spencer on iCarly. m friends and i have speculated on this, freakazoids supposed to be a younger character anyways, but, his spencer character already has many of dexter douglas and freakazoids mannerisms. he also has the more awkward phase as well. while i love carrey to death, jerry fits this.
