I am an American that has lived in Sweden for almost 2 years now and have experienced 'Socialized Healthcare'....it is SHIT!! It is certainly not a free ride. I still pay for doctors visits, prescriptions, EVERYTHING. Same as when I was living in the US and had good health insurance through my job. Tax cuts always increase government revenue. It is counter intuitive, but it works. Let the people have their money. They can spend it better than government! And the education system is already broken beyond repair, the state does a great job taking care of major roads.
