@slipknotpapamaiden I can help. Its different for every amp and guitar, but for a Martyish tone passive pickups will add a bit of roundness to the tone itself compare to actives, but they aren't necessary.

As far as amp settings go, you'll want about 6-7 gain and dial the Bass and Mids both about halfway, i like to keep these two on 6. Treble should be at about 3-5, but it may be different for your rig. Overall, you wanna avoid a screechy tone, and go for a warm, rounded sound.

hey thanks for watching! Well, all I did was put my digital camera in front of me, press play on my backing track and played along with it! Then I uploaded it onto youtube! I'm not even sure I used moviemaker for this one. Hope that helps :)

Hey man thanks for watching! I was actually using a Gibson Les Paul in my other video. This is a Jackson KE2 Kelly - neither of which is really low budget unfortunately! You might want to check out a Yamaha Pacifica or a Epiphone for a good solid low budget guitar - go to your local guitar shop and do some digging! They should be willing to point you in the right direction! Thanks again!

I had a couple, i wouldnt really recommend it because a) it gets damaged very easily b) a lot of the trems are shit c) the woods are not great imo d) the pups suck balls. I much prefer my ibanez s series and schecter hellraiser. It is a beautiful guitar tho.
