I don't get how you lower the seat and then wrench it up....I see this trick done a lot and im trying to figure it out. Are you stopping the frame with your foot and then pushing the seat back up with your foot? Why is your seat not hitting the ground when you release it? Sorry for my ignorance im just really curious.

you have to stop it with your foot... and after you do it you have to fling back and the frame come back to you hand...
