My favorit is Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel, with Aloe Vera Formula, Alcohol-Free Toner, it's cheap. Only $7.66 for 355ml. I have combination/problem skin. In winter I have sometimes dry spots on my face but this toner helps a lot. I purchased this online by iherb dot com (they ship worldwide and I live in Hungary) and I love it. If you want anything from this site, I have a cupon code if you want order the first time: VIK284 and you have 5$ off.
Do you guys have backne issues? My face has never really had too much trouble, but my back and shoulders aren't pretty. Your thoughts on how to deal with backne specifically? Thanks guys!
@DPDupee yes, u can easily use stuff made for the face on your back too. its a bit hard because sometimes blackheads on the back are harder to squeeze and reach. do u wear a singlet alot too? sometimes too many layers can cause heat and sweat on your back.
Anyways, could I also make a small video request? That is an updated skincare routine of the both of you. Like the products you guys are using currently. Btw, I searched high and low for Aveeno moisturizer but it seems like the local pharmacies/drugstores and supermarkets do not carry them. It's like it never existed here in Singapore. I have eczema and I want/needed it so badly...
@JovanovicChan the simple face wash is a gel wash and foams up quite a bit but u need to lather it in ur hands first . howcome theres no aveeno there? it should be easily available. whereabouts is ur eczema? ive only used aveeno on my body before not my face.
@projectCHESTER hmm.. I guess the simple face wash is not for me. I had many bad experiences with gel facial washes and none of them washes off my oil thoroughly and rinse clean. I always ended up having a soapy or waxing feeling on my skin that never seems to rinse off completely. My verdict: Gel cleansers are for Dry skins. Haha. Oh, I get eczema behind my neck at the hairline and across my shoulder and chest. We have Jergens here though... But not Aveeno... Strange...
Hi Daniel, I have a question that is not quite related to this video thought. I decided to drop you a comment cos' I bellieve you'll give the best answer. :) Just wanna ask about the SIMPLE Moisturizing Facial Wash that you'd used before (not sure if you'll still on it now). QNS: "Is it a gel consistency? Does it foam up really well? Like creamy foam? Cos' I like creamy foam. Does it leave a weird film feeling after washing?" I got the purifying lotion today inspired by you for makeup removal.:)
You would both probably get really good results from retin-a, im 21 and been on it a year, i hardly ever get breakouts and my skin is in the best condition ever.
Yes I agree the Neutrogena cleansers were horrible. Gave me flaky dry skin as well. A lot of the drug store products don't work for me - Neutrogena, Garnier, Biore, Clean & Clear, etc. I don't really have acne skin, but once in a while, I do get a pimple here or there....most likely due to hormones. What frustrates me are white heads. I get a couple of them once in a while and I'm still trying to figure out how to prevent them or get rid of them w/out squeezing. Tips?
@Enchanteralle I had the same problem. Just pimples and redness here and there but not acne. You might want to go see a dermatologist who can recommend more niche or overseas brands which you can't get in drug stores. I'm currently switching between dermalogica and decleor. They are more expensive but if you use it for a year or two your skin will get better (and by then your hormones might have settled).
