I slept today one afternoon from 2 to 6, I did not sleep well before that only a two and a half hours. When I woke up after an afternoon nap, I felt a pain in the lower-right corner of the abdomen. Do not hurt me very much, and when I press it hurts just a little when I'm lying. Also hurts me when I get up from a chair or when you just breathed heavily slaban then feel pain. Does this have to do with the appendix? And if you do have to panic, hehe?

Had mine out yesterday, went in for a hernia op, but had been getting pain on the lower right off my stomach a on and off for weeks!!.. Surgeon decided to go with removing my appendix rather than the hernia op.. Jeezus it hurts so bad!!! Anyone who has pain there get it checked out ASAP.. Can kill you if not taken care off!

its ileagal to take out an appendix were i live now...they found diffrent ways to fix the problem now......they also found out you need it to keep bacteria in check so thus it makes your immune system much stronger.....

I had my appendix out 4 days ago. The pain was really bad & I couldn't keep anything down. They made me fast before the op (& they didn't let me drink anything, but they gave me ice cubes). They took blood from me too, but I don't know why. Once, I swore out loud because one nurse stuck the needle in wrong, LOL. I loved the feeling of going under, for some reason. I was still quite sore when I woke up. Now I have a 3 inch scar that I'm not too happy about. At least I'm back at home now.

Ouch, Kauni. That sounds painful. I had mine done too, around 10 years ago. They didn't do keyhole surgery though and the scar was just as long as you described yours. When I woke up, it was like learning how to walk all over again, because I was still very sore. They kept me in for a week afterwards. Lucky you, getting to go home so soon. Lol. At least that's one thing we never have to suffer from again. =o]

Awful, just awful Originally my scar appeared to be about 8 inches but its actually about 4 inches and I got staples. They sent me home with vicfodin. What a joke. I went to my primary car and got ibuprofin and muscle relaxants because my back was spasming so bad. I would never wish this on anyone.

This Dr. Kuldeep Wagh is very good friend of mine. I think he is the most educated doctor in my town. he has a record in Sainath Hospital at Shirdi of 724 operatives in merely less than 6 months. gr8 thing. I proud of him.

I got my appendix chopped off when I was 12 in Thailand. The hospital food wasn't great, and when they knocked me out, waking up was quite hard. Dizziness made me cry from head aches.
