  • i love this song. i listen to it on repeat so i can get to the bridge at the end. such passion and power felt in this one.

  • @blumercury the bridge is the best part. i love the middle of it when you only hear the drums and the guitars ringing out.

  • I've been listening to project 86 since before I can remember, and they still never cease to blow my mind:)

  • the movie was fucnk sik they had mad niggas n there shit n fight shots had me cheeseing

  • Project 86 always has been, and always will be, the real fucking deal.

  • Escutava essa banda quando eu tinha uns 14 anos. Depois de 8 anos vim relembrar os bons momentos... Era vício! hehehe

  • Good Lord I love this band.

  • I saw P86 when they were touring promoting this album. Awesome album.

  • They actually played this song last night and it was awesome. They said it was the first time that they played it in 7 years

  • @squirrelfighterdvo Theres no way, they played it at Denver a couple months ago.... Thats odd that theyd say that....

  • @I only hope Skillets new album will be like "Collide," that was a damn good album. "Awake" had its moments, mostly the first two songs imo...but it disappointed me.

  • @peanutbuttercrunc100 Wish I could give ya more thumbs up. 100% agree with you! I remain their fan because of that album in hope one day they will regain the passion they once had then.

  • Who are the 12 losers who disliked this???!!!

  • Project86 rocks. Respect from NYC

  • I love these guys!!

  • man his appearance has changed

  • Haha! Schwab is wearing a Baltimore Orioles shirt. Go O's!!!

  • the ending is ridiculousy harddd

  • (continued) But because I like that they are progressing as a band and are trying new things.

  • the old school full

  • i learned of them way late... when they got into the Nu Metal... i was watching the Blindside documentary and it said that they went on tour with Project 86 and P.O.D. in 1997... i have liked them since

  • lol @ 4:19 reminds me of the movie legion. the ice cream man.

  • i havent seen this since friday night videos back in the day.

  • Project 86 Rules. Their first album is the best album...Love Project...Go back to your roots

  • this song was in the movie extreme days but ti wasn't in the sound track :(

glad I finally found it cause it's an awesome song

  • Still can't find something like Project 86 so it's still my #1 band

  • @C3Geltonz

    Fellow Project 86 fan!

  • Comment removed

  • they had to go through this to become what the are today? man... i'm so glad they've abandoned the "rap-rock" style. his vocals are so much better now.

  • this is absolutely my favorite project 86 song! i always say "the older the better!"

  • Truthless Heroes, Songs to burn bridges, And the rest will follow are one of the best trilogies of albums ever!

  • Well Best songs are

    1.The spy hunter

    2.Evil

3.Put your lips to the tv

  • @Cyperjanne Uh, Sincerely Ichabod? Doomsday Stomp? "...And The Rest Will Follow" is by far their best record.

  • @blueamerican54 Well different guys like different sogns =D

  • Meh, thier old stuff is catchy, but thier newer albums are much better, more original and less rappy.

  • what the heck happened to this band???? Gosh, they suck now. compared to The Spy Hunter, My Will Be a Deadman....they just suckk now

  • @mroddydawg Can't agree. Truthless Heroes was a failed experiment of a "concept album", "And the rest will follow" was okay but not mindblowing, but the last two records have been great.

  • @mroddydawg

I think you just can't adapt yourself to something new, you don't try hard enought, man. Their original style has burned in you mind to hard!

  • gay

  • he sounds black (not racist)

  • these people suck cock

  • @zonedelta94 , you must not know anything about them. ::showing middle finger::

  • @zonedelta94 i would have to agree with you on that

  • Oh wait he's white.... Nevermind the last comment xD

  • first thought : BLACK GUY LIKES METAL?!!?! COOL!!!

Second thought: Oooh he's rapping nevermind....

(just a joke dont get all defensive)

  • P86 have owned since I saw this video on MTV when MTV played music videos...I've loved them ever since, I own all their albums....I'm waiting for more...they inspired the way I play music....the ONLY band that admits to being christian that I like...because they have an Un-Biased message.

  • ehhhhh. im not in aww about them. they're okay but they dont hav that type of sound to make people go holy shit

  • never knew they use to sound like that it dose not even sound like the same band, but it is ok.

  • I like them when they sounded like this.

They don't sound verry good anymore.

    Like seriously,

Don't be hating on them, They used to be my favorite band... Untill i heard their new stuff.

  • It annoys me when people will say things like "I am glad this band doesn't sound like that anymore" or "they were wannabes then." I assume they're scene kids who only stick to one form of music, and that is really sad.

  • @Rawk4Life I agree, I hate it when people bash how a band used to sound. Tell them: "Hey, guess what? they wouldn't be the band they are today if they didn't play like they did back then."

But at the same time I like it when bands change and refine their sound and style over the years. People would probably just move on if a band sounded exactly the same after 15 years. So I'm glad they don't sound like that anymore. Not because I don't like the sound, far from it.

  • Same with Skillet. Their sound has changed several times over the years, partially due to constant members changes. With Ben now out of the band, their next album will more than likely not be too much like Awake or Comatose.

  • @Rawk4Life Ben has been with skillet since the release of "alien youth" (2000). So I highly doubt that the sound will change just because Ben is gone so I'm not sure that I understand your logic. Personally, I am hoping more for a "collide"-sound, but I really don't know what John has in mind for the next album

  • @Rawk4Life Thats called "being poser", when people only likes a band because they're famous. P86 are from the begining of what midia calls "Nu-Metal" and LP came from this begining

  • This is when they were linkin park wannabies

  • Interesting how you call Project 86 Linkin Park wannabes based on this video because they released 2 full length albums before anyone even knew who the crap Linkin Park was. Same with people who used to call P.O.D. a rip off of Limp Bizkit. P.O.D. formed in 1992, Limp Bizkit weren't even around until at least 1996.

  • You just OWNEDhim dude!!!

    Bahahaha!

    You ROCK, Rawk4Life!

  • Thanks for the support. However, I pride myself more on music history than ownage. I was just stating the facts.

  • @Rawk4Life Tell 'em like it is! They can't HANDLE THE TRUTH!!

  • @Rawk4Life not to mention linkin park opened for project 86 on one of their tours

  • @Extremeteam10

I saw Linkin park, POD, Project 86, and Hed P.E. in Birmingham when they were all on tour

  • @Rawk4Life yeah this music is a lot more well composed than chinkin park.

  • @Rawk4Life and the singer doesnt sound like a pussy lol

  • wow...well, project isn't like this anymore thankfully. Truthless Heroes on up to now is an epic CD catalogue

  • So you think Project 86 sucked when they were in their rawest form and played music that they liked, and not because fans demanded they try to be more like popular secular nu metal bands? You can't call yourself a true fan of P86 if you're going to completely disrespect their early work, regardless of how good or bad it was.

  • I've actually read a thing Schwab wrote himself about a tour for "And the Rest Will Follow" with The Showdown where he said he was thankful they had never heard Drawing Black Lines. I'd like to think I'm entitled to a similar opinion concerning a band's style and material as a person who is actually in that band.

Bands do one of 4 things: Suck their entire career, Suck starting out but eventually get better, Start awesome then suck later on, or pwn from the first album.

  • Comment removed

  • The denial of the existence of such characteristics in ANY band's career is probably a result of some degree of what i like to call "fanboy-itis". I probably would think this about Project's music (what is presented above vs mid-career vs current style) if it weren't for the obvious way they changed their image and sound after just one album. My opinion of this stage of their career would probably be different if everybody and their momma hadn't tried to do the Limp Bizkit knock off thing then

  • For the record, Project 86 could dance circles around Limp Bizkit., but that's just my opinion. If anything, I think they ended up being better than Limp Bizkit, and the fact that LB is more popular doesn't they are better than P86. Brokencyde is proof enough that you can suck balls but still get a major record deal.

  • So? There are some bands that are great their entire career, it just takes some more than a few years to catch on.

  • Another thing too, I have talked to several who consider Drawing Black Lines to be the band's best album, even if the lead singer himself disagrees. Before an unfortunate contract bust, Drawing Black Lines was what got Atlantic Records interested in P86 to begin with.

  • dude, go listen to Demon Hunter, their a christian band and they fucking rock, so go listen to ur emo ass bands that you like and such after their second album, thank you very much.

  • demon hunter sucks too. and emo music? wtf? ahhaha that's jolly.

  • god my pants were so frigging baggy lol... No wonder they always ripped

loose fit all the way, baggy but not too baggy... lol

  • Comment removed

  • his pants are too big

  • wait this was on the tooth and nail page lol

  • What a pants? O____O

  • One of my favorite videos from around '98. Good times. Random but nice to find it on here by accident all of a sudden.
