the UK produces most of the metal bands that last through the years, even though it is often north eastern europe which seems to produce the most modern recognisable talent. i mean think about it, which are the oldest metal bands you can think of? for me, it is Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, and Judas Priest, all of whom are british, have been with us since the 70's and, i'm pretty sure, are still going..
