Hogan's really huge. A lot of guys claim his height is exaggerated, but he's got to be an easy 6'4, even at 65 years old.

Michaels has to be 6 foot. Hogan's got an easy 4 inches on him.

He probably was a legit 6'7 at his peak. As in, in his 20s and 30s. People usually lose 2-3 inches as they get into old age. Plus he's had multiple back surgerys (which takes off your height as well usually)

@Dforeal1 Even as an HBK fan, I have no problem accepting the fact that Hogan innovated pro wrestling in America. Now, HBk has much better in-ring talent while Hogan had a bit more charisma. However, both superstars have had their issues with their egos and problems in the locker room, Michaels had at least changed himself and admitted he was wrong for the way he acted when he returned and went to to make paeace with Bret Hart. The problem with Hogan is that he still has ego issues.

@btcutt75 He jobbed to Brock, Kurt Angle, Undertaker, The Rock. He lost most matches in his second run and putting people over. Was no ego there at all. And ego is very important to survive in the business, people that hates it ofen lack of it and self confidence. Shawn and Hogan are friends and they have both huge egos, and that's not a bad thing, that's something you need to have.

You also Hogan had no ego in his 2nd run, yes he jobbed, but he was also the champion for a lil bit, and if he truly doesn't have his ego problems now, TNA wouldn't be as bad as it is.

@btcutt75 If Hogan had real ego issues he could've used the creative control clause in his contracts to win 100 percent of his matches. Hogan tried to make peace but Hart still has sour grapes over the fact that he could never take Hogan's place in either the WWE or the WCW. Hart was good as a tag-team wrestler but as a solo act he just wasn't good enough. In the end, he wasn't the best there was, the best there is and the best there ever will be.

Bret was a 5X WWF Champ when that belt had actual prestige. He also had some of the greatest rivalries in the history of the business with Austin, HBK, Bulldog etc..I think Bret did enough be be an all time "solo" wrestler. lmao

I was three in the 80s, not even like 2 and a half. lol I'm a Hogan fan based off of his heel role in WCW and his return back in the early 2ks.I grew up watching wrestling in the mid 90s with Shawn, HBK, Rock etc...I'm very much a HBK fan. Nobody is arguing that Hogan was better than Shawn as an in ring performer. That's your whole argument and that's not even a debate. My thing is impact on wrestling is rarely based on in ring ability. Overall impact / popularity: Hogan>>>HBK
