Physical evidence of Mr.Chavez torture is well documented. Just google it. In terms of Comisario Ivan, having been arrested many years by his team, I can tell you my rights were never violated by his organization. He was kind enough to explain why were detained and explained our rights to dissent. What is sad that has not been afforded those rights by a vindictive government that continues use bullying, threats, firing people and much more to intimidate people.
