  • 13 people are deaf

  • Bruce has really aged with glory!

  • Fits the movie very well.

  • me encanta esta canción!!

  • Bought the album just other day. It's brilliant! (;

  • The Boss was robbed of an Oscar. A.R. Rahman is brilliant and Jai Ho is a great song, but this is one of the most compelling songs in cinema history and one of the best songs of the new millenium. And it perfectly fits the movie.

  • @MetaPunkXP u mean graMMY

  • @JosiahW19 He would've been nominated for an Oscar 'cause this is a song written for a movie.

  • who will dislike his songs

  • Thumbs up if you Think that The Boss pisses on Bieber's head!!!!

  • brilliant

  • this song is 2 gd

  • Honestly, I would be very pissed off if the fuckwit Justin Bieber fans of the world turned their tiny attention spans toward this kind of music. Its too good for them.

  • if, youve ever seeen.........you seen me.

  • He should be an actor.

  • @TheZizotube That was the plan for him after the Born In The USA album came out. It just didn't work out I guess.

  • this song is just....one word describes it..... transcendent

  • bruce still looks ripped

  • Comment removed

  • We don't have the words. When we try we fail. Bruce does what he does with words, and emotion. We only have one word for love, when there are so many different kinds of love. Tell me friend can you ask for anything more.

  • I've seen too many of my brothers in the wrestling business broken on the rocks.Truth in Bruce's every word.

  • just check freegamemovieblogspotcom to download the wrestler

  • @julioneify A beautiful movie such as this could be even bought, dont you think?

Im proud to have nice collection of vinyls, cds and movies that i consider works of art that i must have. All this downloaded shit makes lose value to the music and to movies. Its too simple listen every kind of shit just with a click! Thats why less young people go to concerts or buy cds. There isnt respect anymore for the artists...

  • @aculanim but u have a lot of mp3s man! i know so fly down baby!

  • @bakarone What the fuck it means?! Im just trying to say that all this downloaded stuff makes lose value to movies and music. Im trying to say that buy a good movie or a vynil is cool man! its a satisfaction!

ps i have mp3s but come to take a look on my collection lil dude!

  • chuck norris ain't got shit on bruce springsteen

  • Not only an inspiration to us all but a living legend

  • Like a boss

  • I want his jacket!!

  • Such a beautiful song.

  • Looks tough, like Mickey.

  • I wonder how Bruce would feel if he knew that the VEVO cocksuckers have put a BP commercial in front of his video.

  • Why wasn't this Nominated? Btter than Streets of Philadlphia I think

  • "Have you ever seen a one legged dog making his way down the street? If you've ever seen a one legged dog then you've seen me," LOL that always reminds me of Homestar Runner.

"I can make it on my own!" - li'l brudder

Good song, though. Love the Wrestler

  • he would be also a great actor, don't you agree?

  • ★★★★★

.....The absolute best of the best.

  • 10 dislakes? 10 fans Justin Bieber

  • I cried when I watched the boardwalk scene in this movie. I couldnt hold back my tears and why should I? Beautiful song and an amazing movie.

  • this is emotional. i love it <3

  • why does Lady FUCKING Ga Ga get millions of hits, and The Boss doesn´t get shit? I don´t want to live on this planet anymore

  • @karaokekongen Who will remember Ga Ga after few years???

  • You're eye's and voice..I like it.. ;)

  • The Wrestler. What a song and what a film! :D

  • nine dislikes PLEASE!, whats not to like about this song,

epic song and epic man, and he is about to go back on the road in 2012

    i for one cant wait,

  • 2012 Visit Hungary:)

  • Love Springsteen, especially this song, so much - and he's playing a concert next year on my dad's anniversary , who, incidentally, was a HUGE fan of the boss - it's a sign that I have to go - getting my ticket next week!

    Peace xx

  • Epic song for an epic movie.

  • dear youtube, enough with the f'ing kit kat ad before half the songs i try to play in this bruce playlist, EXTREMELY annoying

  • Justin Bieber - Baby: 650,000,000+ views.

Bruce Springsteen - The Wrestler: 300,000+ views.

    WHAT THE FUCK?! >:(

  • @17randomguy must be the difference between bieber fans and springsteen fans, old school springsteen fans (he's 62 now) don't press the like button on youtube as much as 14 year old girls. it's just a theory

  • @lisetar I'm a 14 year old girl, springsteen fan so do i have to press te like button yes or no LOL xd

  • @17randomguy JUST THE BETTERS LISTEN BRUCE!!!

  • @17randomguy Bieber is a hansome young girl, springsteen is and old man that sings stuff about little girls and being on fire :P

    But yea.. WTF :@

  • @17randomguy Yes it is awful, but we can take solace in this simple fact.

Justin Bieber - Baby: 2 million dislikes

Bruce Springsteen - The Wrestler: 10 dislikes

The only video I've seen with more dislikes than Baby was Friday.

  • @17randomguy Justin is Pop The Boss Is Pop Plus Ultra!

  • @17randomguy C'est la vie :-((

  • @17randomguy hey it's boring as fuck fuck fuck these Bieber comments. how unoriginal can you people be. do you forget Bieber's fanbase is pre-teen girls.

  • @17randomguy DON'T DEPRESS ME WITH THOSE SAD FACTS PLZ

  • @17randomguy teenage girls like Bieber. And lately there are alot more teenage girls than normal people...

  • @17randomgu we cant just see that, remember the good times and original music guys. thats what really matter.

  • @17randomguy Please stop hating on all the mainstream artists. It really doesn't compliment this song at all.

  • @17randomguy ignorance is a powerful tool in the hands of companies. A Bruce Springsteen is born once every 15 years, Justin Bibiers you can have as many as you want cause he is nothing special. If you convince consumers that they want Bibier and not Springsteen by not musically educate them then you can sell a lot more and make a lot more of money.

  • @17randomguy shut the fuck up jesus christ. the only people who listen to justin bieber are 13 year olds, you're just keeping him alive with your boring retarded bitching

  • @jcracker I'm not bitching about Justin Bieber, I just think it is wrong that his pointless music has more views than the Boss. Not hating on him.

  • Sti cacchi che fisico! O.O

  • Makes me wonder what kinda song Bruce would've done back in '76 if he'd written a tune for ROCKY!

  • shut up biyches

  • 60s and still so sexy...

  • @9419mari lol i know

  • when he dies, the sales betta go up in millions, cause he hae changed our lives wi' his music!

  • @BaronBuddy I know..we all need to get down on our knees and worship him..please..people been trying to shove springstein down my throat for years..maybe its because im not from Jersey and dont drive a pickup truck or something..wo, wo, wo..thats every Bruce song you have ever heard...

  • @zitalian73 no bitching please

  • 2 years on,im still trying to figure out how this song didnt make the final shortlist at the Oscars for best song

  • iam 20 year old guy from egypt

and i tell this is the best artist i ever witnessed in my life

  • The Boss Lives. Forever.

  • 7 people are absolute morons

  • Hits the heart of a Finn, strong. Bless. Esa

  • @TheEssky It does and that requires alot. Specially from a song. /Jari

  • @TheEssky Hakkis man, Thanks for the reply. Take care. Cheers-kippis. E

  • one of the best movies i ve ever watch, aronofsky is awesome

  • great tune sums up the theme and nature of the film perfectly, they dont call him the boss for nothing :)

  • Beautiful :)

  • bruce is still RIPPED !!

  • Beautiful. Absolutely brilliant.

  • i work for a no legged man

  • i'm only 25, but thank god my dad teach me how to appreciate real music

  • 1/4 million hits ! think ive done 100 thousand of those. morons is right maybe the boss should put a kitten falling of a couch in his clip..... but then again...

  • ...and I cried.

  • The Boss is Boss!

  • esse prende facil diante da tela.

  • Please imagine a one legged dog walking down a street... Great song anyway

  • @ELEtienne its a metaphor,idiot

  • Bruce "The Boss" Springsteen, I'm only 26 but this guy is my all time musical hero! Was so sad to hear Clarence died :( Rest in peace my man!

  • @JeroenB23 im 13 and he's been my romodel since i was 3

  • In honor of Randy Savage: "Oh, yeahhhh." In honor of the heart: Bruce Springsteen. Tough not to be awed by this man. "My only faith's in the broken bones and the bruises I display." People so hurt they can trust only their pain. That piano, his voice. Compassionate insight perfectly put = art. If this song's narrator fell in love, we'd have "Atlantic City": "Baby, evrything dies, that's a fact/ But maybe evrything that dies some day comes back...."

  • Happy 62nd Birthday Boss. You the man.

  • Bruce(half Italian) thinks hes freakin rocky in this vid hahaha. love bruce and love this song!

  • and im sorry, but watch mickey rourke interviews and then watch sean penn interviews and tell me that rourke had to go further for his character.

  • no shit. A straight guy playing a gay man is much tougher acting than a straight guy playing a straight guy. It's logic.

  • no shit. A straight guy playing a gay man is much tougher acting than a straight guy playing a straight guy. It's logic.

  • God this song decribes how I feel so well

  • This song is just so emotional, it's helped me through a lot of bad times. Bruce, you are a saint.

  • People keep saying this song was robbed an Oscar. Frankly, that puts it mildly. I believe in the history of the Academy awards, this was the biggest snub ever. This could be the one of the best songs ever written for a movie ever. Period!!

  • THIS SONG IS SO INSPIRING FOR ME JUST AT THIS PARTICULAR MOMENT WHEN I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO KEEP FIGHTING TO FIND MY TRUE LOVE... I WON'T GIVE UP.... WE ARE ALL WRESTLERS IN THIS FUCKING LIFE... I HOPE MY WORDS WORK AS SOME KIND OF COMFORT WHEN YOU FEEL DOWN.. TRUST ME YOU ARE ALL GONNA MAKE IT !!! :)

  • i would have bruce springstee as dad... I could be a new man.

His voice is always a punch at my stomach, a kick at my ass for wake up and rest with feets on this fucking groud. But his voice is always the best things that make me sleep without problem... the always that say me " that's all good". Thanks god to be created this man.

  • Someone comes to the Boss asking that he writes a song, and he gives it to the movie producers for absolutely no charge. that black guy who wrote black and yellow wrote a song (a shitty song that changed years of Pittsburgh tradition referring to our teams as the Black and GOLD) and asked the Steeler staff to play it for a huge price. I hate the immense popularity people like whatever the fuck his name is gets.

  • o my lamba!!!!

    adoro questa canzone!!

  • THIS SONG IS FANTASTIC

  • not a negative comment but he looks old in this

  • @Shotgunchucks older then normal eh, maybe less makeup and hair dye.

  • Great song. Only 1/4 million hits. We live in a world of morons.

  • @DrDeist Just means the rest of the world will rot away with terrible auto tune music, while we can spend time with classic songs like this.

  • @DrDeist You do realize there are other outlets other then youtube to listen to this song right?....moron....

  • @anderso73 yeah and abba - dancing queen(youbube takes you places you don't want to go) has like 14 million views, you didn't realize that huh? ....moron....

  • @DrDeist They can't listen to it if they don't know it exists. It's a shame because it's a great song.

  • holy crap 242,611 views >.> i was thinking it had at least 5 million.

  • i praise this movie because of the human portrayal of pro wrestler(usually they portrayed as token idiot)

  • This song is how I feel at times, I feel like no matter what I do, no matter, it will never be enough. Bruce Springsteen you are the best

  • @ColoradoRanger maybe because you are your harshest critic - takes one to know one.

  • This song always makes me cry... It's truly beautiful.

  • the wrong Fox Searchlight movie to win best actor and song.

as much as liked crazy heart. Mickey Rourke flat out was better then Sean Penn

  • RIP Clarence

Bruce was robbed of an Oscar

  • great song. Goodbye big man

  • R.I.P. Clarence Clemons. :(

  • There has been and will always be one Bruce. A national treasure. And I am hoping for Clarence's quick recovery.

    Great song and video.

  • cant believe this song didnt even get an Oscara nomination. such a good, heartfelt song and was completely underrated.

  • ★★★★★

  • when i hear this song, it reminds me of The Undertaker...:)

  • beautiful song.

  • RIP Randy Savage

  • This song brings me at peace

  • One of my favorite Springsteen songs and videos. Don't know why - just like it.

  • thumbs up if you think this should have way more views.

  • I love The Boss!!

  • how this video doesnt have more then 225,000 views blows my mind this is one of the best songs THE BOSS has ever done

  • How would a one-legged dog get anywhere?

  • excellent film, excellent song. ASpringsteen taught Kenny Loggins how movie songs were supposed to be sung.

  • man bruce is getting old but he will live on forever in his songs

  • What a Excellent Song and Video! Fantastic Upload!

  • LOVE

  • Mickey Rourke should have won the oscar for best actor

    period.

  • The Boss did not get "robbed" of a nomination. The song broke criteria. In order for a song to be nominated for "Best Original Song" it has to be exclusive to the soundtrack of the film or exclusively available as a single attached to the movie. Bruce decided to put it on "Working on a Dream" and knew very well when he did it that it would not qualify given its placement on the album. The Golden Globes do not have this requirement and therefore he was able to be nominated and won.

  • @SkataPunkA7X oh shit ,thank you for explaining, you really know your oscars

  • @SkataPunkA7X "In the Deep" was nominated in 2006 despite being released 3 years before "Crash". "Falling Slowly" won in 2008 despite being on 2 albums before "Once" came out. The Academy decided that since the songs were originally written for the films, they were eligible.

The same should apply to "The Wrestler" The Academy snubbed the song. So yeah. Springsteen did indeed get robbed.

  • This is my favorite song of 2009! The wrestler movie is my favorite as well! It is a real movie. Mickey Rourke WAS his part. And Bruce came through from the heart also! MAN! It is inspiring!

  • When he writes 4 the downtrodden Bruce is at his best - forget your millions & learn to write again my man

  • Such a brilliant song. Rourke got robbed of an oscar as well.

  • Cannot believe this song didn't get an oscar nom! such a brilliant song!

  • Hey Bruce, terrific song...but...

Does your official video of this song begin with a commercial?

    On youtube?

    Am I seeing this right?...

  • It's amazing how he can still write songs with such meaning. Thank you Bruce for your music, it has changed my life in a lot of ways. Thank you and hopefully you tour again and at that time...I'll see you in Philadelphia!

  • That is one tough dog with a heart that won't stop. I bet he could whip all

9 lives out of a bad cat.

  • This song did get robbed of the Oscar because the voters were too busy kissing Slumdog Millionaire's ass. That movie got TWO songs nominated. TWO out of only three. Which I'll never understand, because it was a terrible movie.

And Mickey Rourke got robbed of his Oscar because the Academy ALWAYS kisses the ass of whomever plays a gay guy in a movie.

I don't care if that sounds homophobic or intolerant, cuz it's the truth. If Sean Penn had played a straight guy, Rourke would have won.

  • @funkiersnoog You are absolutely right!!!!

  • @funkiersnoog this is the truth-

  • @funkiersnoog I disagree that slumdog millionaire was terrible. Its a fabulous movie along with the wrestler. But I do agree that this song should have won. also post imo. It just makes you look ignorant when you say the movie was terrible.

  • @yoko81 That movie stinks. If you like it, then good for you.

  • @funkiersnoog I have no problem with you disliking the movie. Its your opinion. just remember to post IMO

  • @yoko81 Saying "That movie stinks" is a pretty clear indication of my opinion. No reason to post "IMO". If that bugs you, then that's not my problem.

  • @funkiersnoog actually i agree with the other kid. just stating that movie stinks makes you look like a stubborn asshole and saying it like it's a fact. just cause you think it stinks doesn't mean the movie stinks.

  • @jaronious89 It's obvious to anyone with a brain that I'm stating an opinion. I'm not going to say "IMO" just to satisfy some random person from who-knows-where. If you think I look like a "stubborn asshole" and the other person thinks I look "ignorant", that's not my problem.

  • @funkiersnoog Where are the MILLIONS & MILLIONS of thumbs up you deserve

  • Comment removed

  • @funkiersnoog I dont disagree about the song...but James Franco played gay in the same movie and did not win...boom owned

  • @purpleobama23 Tom Hanks, Hilary Swank, Nicole Kidman, Charlize Theron, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Sean Penn all won. Jude Law, Javier Bardem, Heath Ledger, Jake Gyllenhaal, Felicity Huffman, Judi Dench, and Annette Bening were all nominated for gay roles. Mentioning Franco does not invalidate my statement. He was in "Milk" for about 15 minutes. Unless you're playing Hannibal Lecter in those 15 minutes, few people will remember you were even in the movie.

    Owned? I don't think so.

  • @funkiersnoog i think u need to go re-watch milk because Franco was in more than half of it....and just becasue you name off all these movies where the actor won or was nominated does not make your ridiculous statement true...all of those that won or were nominated were because it shows way more talent for a straight man/women to portray a gay man/women than it does to play a soft hearted macho exterior wrestler although Rourke was good Penn had to go above and beyond anything Rourke is capable

  • @funkiersnoog In addition what was Rourke's next movie Ironman which was complete shit....look at Penn's entire career...even his shit blows out Rourke's best...Rourke just related to that roll a guy whos been looked over and forgotten about kinda what he is in real life so he had to just look into himself to find that...Sean Penn on the other hand is a brawling, boozing, crazy f*** in real life not a flamboyant gay man so he had to do alot more work and was more believable which makes my point

  • @funkiersnoog so once again i say Boom Mother F***ing OWNED!!!
