It´s a great notice !!!! But I think that now it´s the moment of re-discover the more demi-monde Offenbach. Why not a good recording of BARBE BLEUE or GENEVIEVE DE BRAVANT. Yes, the "opéra-comique-Offenbach" is good and very interesting but now we already know ROBINSON CRUSOE, VERT-VERT and, of course, LES CONTES D´HOFFMANN.
At last a complete recording of Vert-Vert - but why stop there? Offenbach wrote over 100 operatic works and every one of them has it's merits. Come on Opera Rara - give us the rest!!
