Hey Josh, I have a slight immediate reaction to eating eggs - could this also be a side effect from the inflammation caused by gluten? Have you come across this in your patients? I am also lactose intolerant, so I've decided to give gluten-free diet a go. I'm trying to decide whether I should go off eggs at least for a while. Thanks and all the best.
I have had Arthritis since I was 13, and asthma since I was 9. I have also suffered from pretty much permanant bloating all my life, PMS, irritability and ADD related symptoms such as brain fog and lack of focus and concentration and starting projects and not finishing them. Iron deficiency aniema and fatigue.
Diet is difficult because lactose and gluten seem to be in everything and you can even be intolerant to fructose, yeast, and chemicals and hormones used in meat, so to have an extremely healthy diet is hard because its either very restrictive or costs alot of money. Also issues like eating out and getting food shopping for a family and everyone wanting different foods/meals is hard. Even though I have had symptoms for over ten years, I am definately going to do some experimenting with my diet.
is gluten in whole grain bread or coplex cabr bread?
I suspect i have lactose intollerance .. i eat alot of milk these days so am not sure if runny stomach is due to lactose .. it comes LATE in the day though
i feel energized and healthy i rely on full corn breads give me excellent energy and everything.. i do not feel i a fatigued metnally .
do you think i should be worried? i will get yself tests though
I'm lactose intolerant. I can eat as much RAW cheese and drink as much RAW milk as I want. Raw milk is unprocessed and has the lactase enzyme which is destroyed during pasteurization/homogenization. My milk is taken from grass fed cows, run through a filter and that's it. Feels very good in the body!
you can use probotics or parazyme from renew life to increase your hydrolic acid and it also has lactose to increase your tolerance to milk. ingesting a lot of dairy produces a lot of mucus in the intestines this causes food algeries. reduce your dairy intake and increase sea weed intake to repair your digestive system. sea weeds like irish moss has a lot of minerals in it and it repairs the gut, it heals the mucus membranes and the cells. irish moss nourishes the body period
@billybbob18 There is no lactase in any kind of cheese or milk. Lactase is an enzyme that is only made in your duodenum. There is no benefit of drinking raw milk. So, you're lying or you are not lactose intolerant. Lactose must be broken down into a monosaccharide in order to be absorbed by the intestines. A deficiency of intestinal lactase prevents it from breaking down. The osmotic load of the unabsorbed lactose causes secretion of fluid and electrolytes until osmotic equilibrium is reached.
@billybbob18 This increases the degree of maldigestion. Within the large intestine, free lactose is fermented by colonic bacteria to yield short-chain fatty acids and hydrogen gas. The combined increase in fecal water, intestinal transit, and generated hydrogen gas accounts for the wide range of gastrointestinal symptoms.
Several studies say there is no benefits to drinking raw milk, cheeses, etc. There are no nutritional differences. In fact, symptoms are worse for lactose-intolerant people.
i think i got ulcerative colits from taking those lactase pills, i reeeeeally over did it with those pills to the point i could not use the restroom for 4 days. I'm happy to say my uc is pretty much gone.
This guy is the real deal, listen to everything he says and then do it! By the way I live in New Zealand and 99% of the animals are grass fed!! Bizarre! Animals eating what they are evolved/design to eat. Just shows how screwed up the U.S system is - sorry guys love you really but your food supply is trashed!
You can get Ca from broccli and many other foods. Most are brain washed to believe from marketing that you can only get Ca from milk??? As for NZ and grass fed, call the actual farms!
when you say milk? I'm taking it that your referring to commercially sold milk and not old fashion raw milk. is raw cows milk fine? would goats milk be better to absorb?
There is a lot of correlation between gluten intolerance and emotional issues. As for OCD..i am not sure on the exacts of that. It could be more emotional based...learned from experiences in childhood.
Raw milk is a super food except for those who can't handle the milk protein or milk sugar. Pasteurization kills the vitamins, enzymes, and beneficial bacteria and makes the milk into dead sugar water. Which is better the chemical tests or testing by how a food makes a person feel?
Does either method depend upon the situation? Dig your vids. I've learned a lot from them.
hey Josh...go you have any recommendations for a gluten free carb for breakfast in the morning...I usually have berries with oatmeal and eggs./ rice protein along with fish oil....and have you seen a connection with gluten intolerance and OCD? thanks and keep the videos coming..im learning alot!
Conventional oatmeal contains traces of gluten from cross contamination when they package it. Gluten contains what is called avenins, which are in the same class as gluten (found in wheat), but some people can handle steal coat oats and some cannot.
y if im lactoast i do freaken big shits
