Richard Chamberlain was such a fantastic actor. It brings back memories of my childhood when I used to watch this and 'The thorn birds' with my mum and my younger brother. Then my brother and I would go onto the street and recite all of the Japanese words that we had learned!

@ellenwispa it's true from that film you can learn some important japanese. I remember that I was 14 when I first watched the movie and went to the library to buy me a japanese dictionarry :D

I have this soundtrack. Let me tell you, I really liked the novel, the miniseries was awesome. I watched it as a kid. I always remembered the show. I read all of James Clavell's novels. And no Author today matches Clavell's Creativity. And this miniseries is unmatched my anything productioned today.

I can assure you on the CD you will find exactly these songs I uploaded and not more. maybe it's better you record them with audacity or of course try to get not a too expensive CD

I uploaded these songs here because I searched for any shogun soundtrack on youtube, myvideo etc. very deperately but didn't find anyone who uploaded it. it's my pleasure to share the songs now, they truly are precious I think :-)
