I love Sports. I do Gymnastics several times each week and i practice loads of hours at home. I also do lots of swimming and tricking. Volleyball and Tennis aswell ( whereas these are just hobbys, gymnastics and swimming is my main Sport ) And unfortunately I ripped of my sinews in my right ankle 4 weeks ago. The very same day i found that video and started conditioning 2 weeks later as i was able to walk without pain. It helps a lot and i highly recommend it to every1 who does sports.
