  • It's your flux capacitor. Make sure you keep turn signal fluid in it, and clean your muffler bearings.

  • problem is poly

  • i cried a little bit watching this video...made me wanna get my gloves and a creeper and start tearin that thing apart.

  • Not sure if u already fixed it but I had the same problem. I recently did the 6 bolt swap and drove it for like 45 miles and started making that same noise I opened it up and the metal bearing on my balancer came out. Only thing to do is open it up to see the damage..

  • Alternator = sound and start up issue.

  • Shitty

DSMs are junk but run nice for a short time lol

  • you should have noticed you oil light was on also I was wondering how you did the wiring for the cas?

  • @MrBlackgsxr750 Check out road race engineering. in their 6 bolt swap instructions they explain wiring up the CAS

  • one off you keepers are off lol

  • dude it is your drive belt what you should do is get a new drive belt and take drive belt and lube it a couple times then it should run just fine

  • hey mate, well the sound prob might be the same as my volvo s40, it its the things that runs the belts <.< not good english but you sure get what i mean, just lube them, the sound should dissapear when it gets warm if its the same problem! its just to use some oil or other types of lube :) i have had the sound on my car for about 2 years

wont hurt it! its just annoying ;)

  • Good that you found the problem before too much longer!! Running without a fullu operational oil pump would have meant certain death to your motor!! I am in the process of getting money to fix my 6 cylinder in my S-10!! Rod started knocking and haven't driven it since!! My prob is A LOT worse than what you have to look forward too! Oil pump and sprocket might be only $100-$150!! Since you did all that work to it, next step for my car with that problem would be, install an electric oil pump!!
