  • After seeing Justice League: Doom realizing they've reused the same designs and music from this movie.......Crisis On Two Earths really needs a redub with Kevin Conroy, Tim Daly, and the rest!

  • @maximus3869,

yeah but Marvel makes up for it in realistic live action movies, whereas DC has basically only Batman for that. Not much people would go to see live action Justice League. Though DC makes up for it in Animated Series and Movies with great story.

  • so if the ending is right? because watchmen is dc?

does that mean the owl in watchmen is other universe batman? someone feel free to @reply me

  • all i wanna say about this movie is that owlman and batman owned all of them heroes/villians.

  • You know it's sad that marvel aren't making animated movies as much as DC

  • this song gives chills of how the universe really is.

  • :o

  • Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths is a 2010 original direct-to-video animated film released on February 23, 2010. It is based on the abandoned direct-to-video feature, Justice League: Worlds Collide, which was intended as a bridge between the then-concluding Justice League animated television series and its then forthcoming sequel series Justice League Unlimited.

  • The movie project was shelved because of insufficient staff to produce the movie and the TV show simultaneously. Crisis on Two Earths was reworked from the Worlds Collide script to remove references to the TV series' continuity.

  • The premise of Crisis on Two Earths is borrowed from the 1964 Gardner Fox-scripted Justice League of America #29–30 entitled "Crisis on Earth-Three!" as well as the 2000 Grant Morrison JLA: Earth 2 graphic novel, with a heroic Lex Luthor from an alternate universe coming to the Justice League's universe for help against the Crime Syndicate, but it is not an adaptation of either story.

  • The film is the seventh in the line of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line released by Warner Premiere and Warner Bros. Animation. The film is not a DCAU production in any way, despite being based on a DCAU script, nor is it connected in any way to the previously released Justice League animated film; Justice League: The New Frontier.

  • The two-disc special edition also includes an animated short featuring the Spectre as well as "A Better World", a 2003 two-episode tale from the Justice League television series which featured the Justice Lords.

  • I almost forgot how good this movie was

  • It would seem 2 people blinked... when the abyss looked back. :P

  • The guy who voiced owl man did an amzing job

  • I may be wrong about this, but did George Newbern voice the character of Sephiroth for FFVII:Advent Children?

  • @EmmyAMM I second that. I grew up with Conroy as voicing Batman, and Daley/Newbern as voicing Superman

  • This is one of the best animated DC movies i have ever seen. Only Dwayne Mcduffy could pull this off. R.I.P man.

  • i liked this movie just not mark harmon as superman

  • Is this the most epic intro of all time, I believe the answer is yes

  • My favorite part is the view of the multiverse. If this had been longer and released in theaters, that would have been absolutely beautiful.

  • James Woods FTW!!!

  • BUY more for MARVEL they need money to make better movies!

    PLS BUY!

  • Holy hell! Nolan North is in this! Deadpool's voice actor! Wow!

  • @Aragorn106654 Nolan is pretty much in everything, next to Steven Blum nd Jenifer Hale.

  • @Aragorn106654 Nolan is pretty much in everything, next to Steven Blum nd Jenifer Hale.

  • I put this song on my ipod. Now, every time I go jogging, I feel like I'm saving infinite earths.

  • Kinda pissed off Kevin Conroy isnt in it...dont get me wrong, it's still a good movie, but really...Kevin IS the Batman

  • The music is great and sounds very epic.

Concerning the movie, it was cool

  • Comment removed

  • is it me or do all the dc animation movies have amazing sound tracks x,x

  • why couldn't green lantern get this music!?

  • This isn't the opening music, its the Mass effect 3 soundtrack! lol jkjk

  • I dont understand why they mess up all DC movies except Batman's, All superman movie's they make lex luthor the bad guy (what about dark side, lobo etc) and now they messed up green lantern. why cant they make one like this, even for an animated movie this had a better storyline and fight sequences compared to most of the DC universe movies.

  • @tensega77 I suggest watching all of the DC Animation/Warner Premiere movies, then. I haven't seen one I haven't liked, even New Frontier which is significantly different than the other movies (It's more of a throwback to the Golden/Silver Age versions.) And they all have kickass opening themes like this. Superman/Batman go up against Lex a few times, but they hit up Darkseid, Black Atom, and many others. If you decide not to, you at least owe it to yourself to watch Under the Red Hood.

  • @Oriphym under the red hood was freakin amazing

  • Christopher Drake?

  • one of the best openings to a DC movie. Actually, maybe the best. I haven't heard a better one

  • @evanlassman You are so right I don't care what mood I am I want the hear the openning over and over again

  • This movie is one of my all time favorites! i love the concept and story and voice acting and animation etc. so awesome and fun! And the Musical score is Great! This intro is so spectacular! Love it! Love the opposites and parallels in the characters and worlds!

  • if justice league ever made into live action movie..i hope this one will be it :)

  • i dont know this movie, its on now and i just heard the music and think its awesome

  • Dwayne McDuffie wrote the Best DCAU stories and this was one of his. No one else would have wrote Owlman like Mr McDuffie did. They would have dumbed the villians motivation down.

    RIP Dwayne.

  • lmao ultimate man. hahahahahaha

  • Does anyone know what the effect is called at 0:38?

  • @foodbug ripple effect

  • @foodbug its a ripple effect

  • OOOH, A PEICE OF CANDY.

  • @TitanXP

At first I thought he was a bit annoying, but his character grew on me

Plus I loved Kyle's roll in Zero Hour

And post Hal-reserection I like the fact that Hal and Kyle are friends :)

In fact the only time I don't like Kyle is when a show puts his character in place of Hal-which some have done-and calls him the first lantern, in which case I get pissed off :P

  • @SinnerBeta

    TOTALLY agree :P

It's almost as if they gave Hal the sidekick roll, with random bits of dialogue here and there to back up the plot or make a scene humorous :P

Which I don't mind- but I would have rather seen something more

  • I LOVED this movie

and the opening was amazing :D

    ...I bought the soundtrack :>

Is it wrong that I was glad that the GL was Hal? I like John too, but well, I luuurve Hal....so yeah lol /love Kyle too-hell i love them all including Guy xD/

I didn't like the voices of Batman and Superman, :P they bugged me

-A cool factoid: The guy that did Green Lantern/Hal's voice is the person who does the voice for Superboy in Young Justice

  • @narunarulove24 Actually what I'm most shocked of is that you like Kyle, most people hate him.

  • @TitanXP I am indifferent to Kyle. Cool character. Bad timing.

  • @TitanXP I thought it was Guy Gardener that was the GL everyone suposedly hated.

  • @TitanXP What haters must DIE... or say sorry.

  • @TitanXP

What are you talking about? Everyone loves Kyle Rayner.

  • @narunarulove24 Cooler factoid: He's been the one recently doing the voice for Deadpool

  • @narunarulove24 That's Nolan North, most recognizable from the Uncharted video game series.

  • @narunarulove24 best factoid ever :)

  • @narunarulove24 The guy that did Superboy in YJ also did Superman

  • My only problem with this movie is that Green Latern got no love - everyone else had SOMETHING going on for them (romance, final fight, the invisible jest, etc), but he barely even got any lines.

  • @SinnerBeta cause he's a d-bag

  • @SinnerBeta

Green Lantern definitely got hated on. He even got raped by The Marvels. So much for protective green aura. Geez no love at all.

  • @o82774 Three people, each with strength very near Superman-levels. Of course they were able to break through GL's defenses. Green Lantern's ring isn't infinitely powerful.

  • @BigEvil6686

Now let's be honest...This is a HUGE power-drop for GL. The strength level of Supes in this animation is NOT planet or moon moving. Not even real-estate moving. Not even toss a building into space strong. I would daresay he's shown as having mid range class 100 strength. GL's aura needs to at least be able to protect him from event level forces to protect him from minimal threat galactic encounters. A low class 100 punch shatters his aura? NONSENSE.

  • @o82774 I don't think Superman's strength levels were ever really shown in this feature. But the Marvels (or the Supers in this world) are also magical in nature, keep that in mind. GL's ring doesn't have a weakness against magic per se, but enemies based in magic rather than science have traditionally had an easier time piercing his defenses.

  • @BigEvil6686

That's fair. MAgic trumps everything lol.

But Supes clearly wasn't at "Challenge of the Super Friends" power levels lol. Otherwise he would have slamming buildings on people instead of punching them through walls (with great effort).

  • @o82774 Superman never causes more damage to people or property than necessary. Superman holds back the majority of his strength in every fight, until he is absolutely certain the opponent is strong enough to withstand his blows.

  • @BigEvil6686

    This is true.

Yet the WB animation supes simply NEVER does any high order feats. Even if you exclude combat, what about the non-combat feats?

I've never seen this animated version of supes written to perform any high order feats beyond high durable, 70 tonish, supersonic (NOT TRANS-LIGHT) speeds. In this particular movie they STRONGLY imply Supes could be easily destroyed by a nuke. That's absurd. I like supes. He's been seriously de-powered here though.

  • @o82774 This movie also takes place pretty early in Superman's career, considering the JLA is still building the Watchtower. Superman's powers increase the longer he absorbs solar radiation, so he's not nearly as fast, strong, or durable as he will be later in life. At this point in his life, a nuclear explosion probably would be sufficient to destroy him.

  • @o82774 For proof of that, look at how Superman's power increased from Superman: The Animated Series to Justice League Unlimited. In his public debut in STAS, Superman tries to save a large plane from crashing, and is unable to do so - the plane hits the ground, although Superman minimizes the damage it causes. In "The Clash" episode of JLU, roughly 5 years later, Superman saves a similar plane from crashing, and does so effortlessly, showing how much his powers have increased since he debuted.

  • @BigEvil6686

I definitely agree that supes got a bump from his own series to JL. Still haven't seen him do anything approaching a high order feat in strength or speed. Keep in mind there is also the oft cited premise that supes lifting anything in flight is not a result of any strength as much as it is an extension of his flight/gravity powers. Nevertheless he hasn't even done any high level 'flight lifting" either. His best flight/speed feat was the super-tornado in "Public Enemies".

  • im upset we never got to see superman and ultimateman fight. Would be awesome

  • @BearrZe It's ultraman.

And yes, that was kind of a shame.

  • @TitanXP sorry, Ultra man. Wasn't sure of his name but thanks correcting me

  • @TitanXP

Didn't they fight at the end? I'm pretty sure they exchanged blows. They efinitely had a heat vision duel to. Strangely enough Supes seemed like he was losing.

  • @TitanXP At least we got to see Batman Fight Owlman.

    that sure made my day.

  • @TubeNet99 I would have rather had Superman and Ultraman as the final, climactic battle. I think Batman is overused in the DCU.

  • @TitanXP I just saw the movie today. Very epic, and Superman did fight Ultraman, it was the end I believe.

  • @TitanXP ultraman is the japanese character lol i thought it was ulimateman.

  • @BearrZe Huh? What are you talking about? We DID get to see them fight.

  • @Clifftothemax No they didn't, everyone else fought but they didn't. they hit each other like once

  • @BearrZe Uh, yeah they did. Every League member fought off against their Syndicate counterpart at the end. And considering you've just said we saw them hitting each other (which was more than once, and didn't purely involve fists), that directly contradicts your former statement. So, which is it? They either fought or they didn't.

  • @Clifftothemax No, it doesn't contradict anything. I said they heat each other 'like once' implying they barely fought. If anything it was off-screen, which doesn't count.

  • @BearrZe Well, yeah, it does. Because that didn't happen. The characters who had the shortest confrontation with their counterparts at the end were Wonder Woman and Superwoman (because WW subdued SW quickly).

I'm sorry, but you're being a little ridiculous, and misrepresenting what actually happened.

  • @BearrZe I am not a fan of superman and i hardly read comic at all, but in one episode of justice league (Animated series) he says something like he's always holding back, and Ultraman is quite sycopath, so the battle you wants need deadly force from superman, wich he is not allowed to use by the behavior code of DC's directives. (Wanted to know better the powers of superman, so i read a bit of wikipedia)

  • @TheOlvaid Ugh that's so disappointing how the new Superman needs to hold back... like Olivad said the old one was better

  • @BearrZe And if i am right, old superman was much more interesting, not only his attitudes were much more human-like, unlike the pathetic rule follower he is now, but he also had a lack of powers, he was simply inmune to any weapon with less destructive power than artillery, and he was very strong, but not "superman-storng" i think he was nearly as strong as metallo, meaning perhaps less of a third of his actual strength... i realy want to see the OLD superman back, i'd like him way better

  • The first time I saw this , i thought the purple superman was Bizzaro lol what does the "U" stand for again?

  • @foodbug That was Ultimate Man.

  • @SapphireCrusader1988 oh ok. yeah thats what i thought lol

  • @SapphireCrusader1988 it stands for ultra man not ultimate man

  • Owl Man was creepy as hell.

  • Thank you for this! The theme to this movie is epic.

  • Comment removed

  • this movies sucks because right at the beginning of the movie they killed martian manhunters parrell part! its nothing without a martian fight!!!!!!

  • Behind Two Steps From Hells Song Freedom Fighters, this one of my favorite instrumentals of all time. Simply brilliant.

  • At the part with all the earths I was thinking, Shesh, I'm glad our universe doesn't look like that O_O;;;

  • i just like the song its too epic even the movie is

  • I fucking love the opening ...... this song is so fucking bad ass!!!! And I totally came at 1:06 when I first saw it... sooooooooooooo good!!

  • Because I have James Woods!!!

  • This theme should be used at Wrestlemania

It wouid awesome for a team versus the Nexus or a revived Corporate Mininistry

  • This was one of those movies that really made you ponder abt the existence of the universe

  • this is a great intro for the movie! i thought it was epic!

  • I don't know, I rally like the Barsoom designed Martian Manhunter, even though he's in the movie for like 10 seconds... The villain designs were strong in general, especially Owlman.

  • I like this opening more than the actual movie. This opening reminds me of like a James Bond movie opening, especially the visuals.

  • watch?v=NmYy4pJnJ1s&feature=related

WHAT IS THE SONG IN THIS FROM>???

  • can anyoneplz helpme out

what is thesong in this from

    i know its aCD song

  • this was a great movie i just did not like Mark Harmon as superman and i love Mark Harmon his voice just is not right for Superman

  • I have to say, out of all the animated opening titles I've seen for any of these movies DC Universe movies, this one has to be my favorite. You can tell that they put a lot of thought and work into it.

And the music that plays during the sequence just ties it all together.

  • I love how all the original animated DC movies have these epic opening credits sequences. This one is my favourite, with the opening for 'Under The Red Hood' a close second.

  • Batman what r u going to do talk me to death?? owlman actually im going to beat u to death

  • "There is a difference between me and you. We both stared into the abyss but when it looked back at us, you blinked"

    -Batman to Owlman, Earth Prime

  • OWLMAN-"It doesn't Matter"

  • It's simply AWESOME.

    That is all.

  • @FabulousZero What's wrong with superman...?

  • @TitanXP he dis voiced by mark harmon

  • @FabulousZero I agree, maybe Ultraman is the only one that loses something in the passage from comics to this animated movie: in the comics his relationship with SuperWoman and especially Owlman is crucial, here he just seems a Soprano character.

  • @FabulousZero U KNOW WHAT THE SONG IN THIS IS FROM

    watch?v=NmYy4pJnJ1s&feature=related

  • Batman's line at the end was freaking epic

  • @FabulousZero

It was okay but owlman clearly got all the cool lines. Plushe was smashing super-woman (eff that bat-celibacy crap lol). But then...we never saw what bats did to her immeadiately after he gassed her. RUFFIES lol

  • My favourite part is the Green Lantern Power Ring part ;-) I just love the music there

  • in my mind i hate to say it even though i love the actor Mark Harmon was not that good at voicing superman

  • what ever happened to Bizzaro?

  • owlman is suprisingly badass

  • @superherosrocktiger1 not really, he is supposed to be like Batman after all

  • this movie is the definition for EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Love this song!!

  • how can i download just the song = )

  • Good movie. The voice acting was hit-or-miss, generally speaking being good-to-awesome w/ the villains and being more spotty with the Justice League themselves (Superman and especially Batman didn't work for me). Interesting plot, lots of action and this really is an awesome Opening Credit. Thanks for the upload

  • Great theme for this opening. There are infinite number of flashes :) because there are infinite number of worlds :)

  • It's a pastiche of all the crescendos from pretty much all the trailer music that's out...

    Damn it works lol

The guitar riff when the Lanterns face off is BUCK NUTTY.

Definitely by far the best of the DCU animated music scores.

    BY FAR.

  • When it zoomed out from Earth and the music got awesome I JIZZED IN MAH PANTS.

  • Alright, which is more epic, this theme, or Transformers 2 - Arrival to earth?

I say they're tied in EPICness.

  • Can't disagree with the description. They are among the best opening credits I have ever seen.

  • great song

  • where could i download this song?

  • Do anyone know where I can download this song?

  • @misao44love Well, you could always download the youtube downloader nad download it from youtube....

  • @TitanXP

    Thank you.

  • @misao44love - iTunes

  • @misao44love thats what i wanna know , how can i download this song

  • @misao44love U KNOW WHAT SONG THIS IS FROM

    watch?v=NmYy4pJnJ1s&feature=related

  • Damn.. Totally Awesome theme...

  • great theme...was looking hard for this..thank you...

  • I agree with the sentiment that this intro is amazing. Plus I think this is the best DC animated movie done so far. Public enemy wasn't very good, and Frontier tried to be like the comic, so I ended up thinking the comic was better. The batman movie were segments and they weren't all good, and some just looked good... Deadshot ended up being lame when he started so cool.

  • AWESOME, CHRISTOPHER DRAKE!! >=)

  • screw the the intro cause the theme song rocks

  • Greatest Opening credits ever

Love the earths and the league's conterparts

Owlman, Superwoman and Jonny Quick were my favorite villans

Superwoman so reminds me of an OC of mine

  • Owlman may just be one of the most epic villains of all time. But...It Doesn't Matter.

  • @toobinflabishnabob Aha! I get it. Nice.

  • @toobinflabishnabob

Plus he destroyed Batman twice in a clean fight (okay bats just got demo'd by evil flash) but still he owlman got whupped by superman so it was a fair fight.

  • @toobinflabishnabob I definitely agree. In fact, I thought that this entire movie reinforced the fact even though Batman isn't the most powerful character in the DC Universe, he, and his other evil incarnations, like Owlman, are the most dangerous.

  • @toobinflabishnabob

Yeah. Hard not to relate to Owl-man's pragmatic nihilism. Plus he OWNED Bats. Lord he beat his ass so bad the first fight that bays had to go off to stop him fro blowing up the multiverse just to redeem himself lol. That was a BIG risk by the way. Really, Supes should have went in to stop Owl.

  • @toobinflabishnabob

Plus he was tappin' Super Woman on the regular. That chick was a hottie for real.

  • owl man said.. It dosen t matter..nothing reall matters !!!

  • the scene with the billions of earths would make a good wallpaper or screen saver

  • SPOILER AHEAD: Owlman's beef was that nothing really mattered because somewhere else there was another version making a different decision or not even existing. Also, there are infinite parallel universes, right? He says if he finds the original universe all the others sprang from and blows up that earth, all the others will go, right? But he failed. But in some of the other universes ("some" would really also be infinite) he succeeded, or someone else did it. Which means it can't be done.

  • @aguyonhere wow, never thought about it like that.

actually, when I heard earth-prime was gonna be in this movie, I was expected earth prime from the comics. (The one where super-boy prime comes from.) and a cameo of him before he was superboy/evil.

  • @TitanXP

On the other hand, if I remember correctly, Earth Prime was in ruins so maybe he was there and had a temper tantrum.

  • hm i think that in a parallel universe it would, blow up but i dont think it would be Earth prime, its very complicated to think that it would, but there i not only one Earth Prime its only one versjon, mabye someone is protecting it. despise what he says about if he made a choice and in a parallel universe it would be the opsite happening, but they would all meet up at earth prime, its mindbobbeling to think about.

  • @aguyonhere I saw this movie last week. Actually I thought about what you say. But, I discarded that theory and thought about it in a less mathematical way. I think Owlman didnt mean that someone will do EXACTLY the opposite thing of everyting a person does in one earth. I think he meant in in a more general way. Like there are so many earths that it is obviuos that someone, somewhere has already donde or will do the opposite. Was I clear enough?

  • @Kagutsama I think we're saying the same thing. For every action taken that we're aware of, there are an infinite number of other actions that could also have been done. In this story, that's why there are parallel Earths. I think someone somewhere has done or will do what Owlman could not do.But since reality still exists, it's not possible. If not, then Earth Prime has to always be protected by the JL or someone. The infinite possibility idea is similar to stuff in Quantum Physics and Buddhism.

  • @aguyonhere and @Kagutsama The main flaw in Owlman's theory is self explaining: on a parallel world any living being has made a choice, and thusly two other possibilities derive from it, a world where that being did not make the choice, or did it's exact opposite. But Earth Prime was void of any life to speak of, ergo Owlman's sudden appearance on the Earth in question had given birth to any number of possible outcomes, including the destruction of that Earth and it's possible salvation.

  • @aguyonhere You are so right there hombre! Blowing up Earth Prime is impossible! Besides, alternate universes as they where portrayed in the movie, technically aren't parallel Earths, if they are parallel then they can never coincide. But let's say I where to accidentally break a glass, so that event gave birth to a world where I had broke it on purpose, or it was another glass, or I caught it after it fell, etc. So all variations of Earth have derived from events that occur on Earth Prime!

  • Shame that Martian-Man Hunter's counterpart died before he got to fight. I wonder how those two could've brawled with ghostly powers and such.

  • @darkgemxx don't forget evil hawk-girl; the angel-winged chick with the flaming sword that stabbed Jester b4 he blew them all to kingdom come.

  • i remember in the comics when the flash (wally west) ran so fast he crossed into earth two and met the silver age flash (the one with the Hermes-style metal hat with wings). and is his evil twin not known as Zoom-the reverse Flash?
