So if you post your own original content (song or something) on youtube are the copyrights protected? Is it a legit copyright for my material? would be more of the question
If you have the right to that content, and can prove that you have copyrights. Then yes. If someone is using it as a fair use, you still have copyrights. there is a lot more, but I'm still not 100% sure about then.
This is a great argument against Net Neutrality... Love this!
