It Sounds a little bit funny...But my suggestion is the Samsung Digimax i6! Trust me...It's an old Model but the lens is absolutly perfect and you can go for...nearly 2 centimeters or sth like that!
it is very good at shooting movies the film i show here has been compressed and is nothing compared to the original, also i would like to say that this camera is exelent value for money. buy this one. currys or comets £179

no, you can only zoom in to 10x and not 20x like in the ISO mode.
