My pit puppy is king that same sound while he is sleeping right now and I am freaking out, does your dog make that noise while she sleeps? Because I am afraid something is wrong with my puppy he always sounds like a pig but this time it's constant while he is asleep....
HAHA! That's classic! I love staffies - you know they're statistically the safest family dog - not one report of a staffy biting a child. They're such funny little dogs, and they all make that 'piggy' sound, but I've never heard it quite like this! I wonder if it's nasal congestion or something? lol

i think the reason why staffys make that "snorting" pig noise is how their snout is, thats what I've been told by someone who used to work with dogs
