  • I'm from Indonesia. Far away from French. Would someone please to bring me there? I wanna feel the passion of riding across the bridge.

  • we drove over this bridge in september 2011 at dusk on our way to Spain it was just a fantastic awsome sight ,something that will stay with me forever. British Design at its best...

  • whats the speed limit on that highway

  • @alexander111579 its 110kph or 68 mph

  • @UKMitchy it looked like 70 to 90mph

  • I can't believe 3 people bothered to dislike this! .. lol How is it possible to dislike a car travelling over a bridge? lol

  • @Drewx2x2 .. maybe because it was on a motorcycle lol...

  • @UKMitchy lol oh! That MUST be it .. lol 3 sad fools :D

  • lol, a ghost. that was so funny!

  • in the left hand bottom corner of your video there is a ghost

  • @vnelly3 EEK! its actually a cloth i use for cleaning the screen on the bike

  • I am a bridge engineer myself and believe me this is absolutely at the pinnacle of human achievement when it comes to bridges. Space-shuttle-level civil engineering. The Frenchies make good cheese and good bridges.

  • @jennybird666

i might be heading down that way again next year while on the way to Switzerland. its a shame the wind deflectors on the side block the view. maybe i will have to stick the camera on a pole LOL!

  • @UKMitchy ...and I was just thinking how great it is that the wind deflectors on the side block the view.....if I was driving on this bridge and could see over the side, I'm positive I'd have an anxiety attack. This bridge is spectacular.....

  • @meerkat1219 .. i think if people could see over the side they would probably say...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jennybird666 British designed though! Beat that patriotic breast x

  • wow, where do i need to go to ba as cool as u?

  • Great vid,,thanks for posting,,I'm doing a Uni piece on this bridge and loved the ride across..nice one!

  • Thanks. i hope to go back there agin, maybe this year. what does this uni course involve? is it engineering?

  • Yes T173 at the Open Uni,,,had to pick an engineering project to focus on, this was THE one,,such a beautiful build..the Hoover Dam was big and brash,Magnitogorsk a sacrifice in lives but this was elegant

  • yep, its certainly elegant, it seems to fit in with the surrounding valley and hills. i just found a couple of more videos and have uploaded them

  • Thanks for the ride accross...Hey is this bridge tolled' i mean do you have to pay to use it????

  • yes its tolled. the tolls are to the north of the bridge for both directions. they are not right at the end of the bridge, but a few minutes further along. bikes have to pay, but i cant remember how much

  • Hey bro, thank you for the intell, Its a awe- inspiring bridge....I dare say, it would not be cheap to use it...there is always a catch..

  • Yes yes yes please please

  • An impressive bridge because of the height of its pylons and the support cable system, yet is no longer than the Forth Road Bridge, Scotland.

  • i have been across the Forth Road Bridge a few times. a very impressive sight.

  • I was over the Forth bridge the once, many years ago, and compared the length of the two bridges with Google Earth. as you say, the Forth bridge is impressive.

  • Thank you so much for the "ride" over this beautiful viaduct! I'll probably never be able to travel to see it live, but I've gotten to experience it to some degree with your video.

  • thanks, its a stunning design, and also a nice area to ride in, plenty of good roads around there

  • its about 600 km from Paris to Millau which is on the A75 road. there is an exhition centre under the bridge

  • How to get there from Paris?

    Is it very far?

Can it be seen without a vehicle?

  • what were you riding?..

  • A Yamaha 2002 FZS 600 Fazer

  • Awesome ride :D

I'm looking forward in JOY to my tour through half europe. We will pass Millau Viaduct, and It's next to Stonehenge my favorite Place to see.

  • speed limit is 110 kph thats about 70 miles per hour.

  • wow nice wuz the speed limit?
