will the text messages that are currently on your inbox be deleted if you do this...or will it remain there and be transferred on to the phone from the SIM.

use P2KTools and goto hidden settings,
click messages, click get value, check SMS storage (0 for phone, 1 for SIM), Click Set values. Done =]

that doesn't work for the v3re (it may now, but at the time i made this video it wouldn't do it. It was the wrong seem edit)
so if it does now, yay! :)
