However, unless you have formal training or are willing to plan, practice, and impliment this information than the only action that will take place is "reaction" to the situation - not "respond". It has been said "Knowledge is Power" but I say knowledge is not power - it is only powerful if you use it. Please Plan and Practice what you have learned.
