Having read his autobiography, I am inclined to say Bush was just bad at articulating arguments in a persuasive way. The substance of what he says is actually fine, it's just a slightly stunted colloquial delivery that lets him down. Also he is very polite and fair with the interviewer.

Or treatment like our soldiers in Somalia received? There were not so pretty abuses but most were prosecuted and in jail. Sadam didn't disarm -after the world (even France) told him to. WMDs were only ONE of the 19 UN grievances and after flaunting nuclear components and gassing thousands (did you see those pics?) what was to stop him?
