I hope people realize that no matter how much you may dislike or differ with political opinion, the Office of the President of the United States should still be respected... no matter who is in that office and what your opinion is of the President. Respect is a start to real dialogue and political reason, and the inability to even cough up a little respect means your point is emotional and disruptive not constructive. The Federal Government gave them a loan which they are paying back. The Federal Gov is not taking any profits away from Citi, BOA, AIG, or any of the other companies that were bailed out. @quasispill Haven't you noticed The only market big enough to handle these evil derivatives trading that Goldman dealt in is the Chicago Mercantile Exchange otherwise known as the CME. And guess who works their? Dodds wife, Jackie Clegg, is a director of the CME. The CME makes no mention of her husband on its website or in its SEC filings, despite the fact that hes surely a big part of the reason why she has the position and why he wrote the financial reform bill.

I really don't know what all the fuss is about? The first illegal aliens were in Jamestown and they almost failed because they didnt want to work. Most of them come here to do work that most Americans would dream of doing. They should not be using racial profiling, they should be thanking them. However, I heard yesterday that Alan Greenspan was hired by Paulson, head of the hedge fund now being sued with Goldman Sachs for fraud by the SEC.
I'm generally not a conspiracy believer, but wouldn't it be something if there are other suspicious financial links between all these cronies beyond mere coincidence.

Who said you had to carry your Birth certificate or passport? I have been stopped for a traffic infraction and detained because I did not have my ID on me, Hummmm maybe the black Phoenix cop profilled me, I was in a mostly hispanic area

What if you're just walking down the street? I've never been walking and asked by a cop for ID. Also, haven't had a SS card for 20 years. What about someone sitting in the back seat? Do they automatically need to show ID???
