I've taught Extreme Cardio Dance and Extreme Step for years, this vid is not it and unfortunately it doesn't tease the viewer to be interested. Not sure what production company sold this concept to the client but they it is not a good sell at all. Too bad! Cardio dance is fantastic, fun, easy to learn if the instructor breaks down the blocks well. It's great for the body and the brain.
