The last model to of the Fiat Coupe was in 2000 where Fiat made a the standard 20v Turbo engine into a 20v Turbo Plus giving it an additional 6speed gearbox instead of the 5speed you get in any of the other versions. The reason why the Fiat Coupe ceased production was to make way for the new 2.4litre 20v engine to follow in the Stilo Abarth in 2001. However the flappy padel gearbox and 170bhp was a big let down, alongside the rubish reliability of the Stilos Electronics.
