good video but i wouldnt say as a first resort is neccesary all you would have to do is is fill your inventory with super energies and drink them while running so u dont lose any time... but great video overall

the spas in Oo'glog give ou unlimited run energy for a certain amount of time, provided that you have completed "As a first resort"

he has 100 energy because at the beggining if u saw he went into the spa pool in oglog, the pool allows u to have unlimited energy for a short amount of time (like 5 minutes i think) and he didint put logs in the beacon before he lit them, so he dosent need to bank for them!

The salt water spa pool guarantees at least 10 minutes of full run energy. Some say it can give up to 20 minutes. Some think the time is based on agility level. When I did my adze run, the effect didn't ware off until after i was done.
