I agree...You have to take it one step at a time. When I was young and agile I did some backpacking expeditions, and it is impossible to run up a hill at 14,000 ft. with a 100+ lbs. pack on at a 45+ degree angle slope for very long. However, if you do it right, not only will you not kill yourself trying to get to the destination, but you might actually enjoy the journey. Work smart, not hard :-)

I think we should take it a step further and completely legalize it and regulate it... Decriminalization doesn't get rid of drug dealers, but legalization, regulation, and taxation do.

So true, so true, however we must learn by taking one step at a time so as much of an advocate as I am I've learned not to take too big a leap or you might miss the edge and fall over, or more likely the DEA will push you over. I just want the new president to take a good long look at this so called war and review shit to take into account states rights to allow it's citizens the medicine they need. At the same time we will fight for total legalization. So,I'm with you,tell him how we feel.
