  • Hi Korea4me,

It's delightful and refreshing to see non-Koreans divulge themselves in the Korean culture, let alone speak Korean.

What is your Korean connection? Are you indeed a Korean trying to get out. :) I am a Korean American who came to the USA when I was 6.

  • Oh yes, inside of me is the tiger heart of an ajumma! I'm a Korean Studies graduate (I graduated with a BA Hons from Sheffield University). But even before I went to university I was obsessed with the place! ^__^

  • you are so ~~~~~~ amazing~~

  • AWSOMEX2

  • AWSOME!!

  • you speak good korean thats for sure lol

  • Man, you do like Korea a lot. I like weird stuff instead.

  • Well, if you investigated Korea, you'd find a lot of weird and wonderful stuff. LOL

  • I investigated China a little bit and found a really weird story called Journey to the West. It inspired my latest video. You think Korea's that weird?

  • Journey to the West is a very old Chinese story. It was the basis of the 80s TV series called Monkey which I really enjoyed watching every week. It was brilliant. Well, I personally don't think Korea is weird...different, maybe...but then deep down inside I'm just a Korean trying to get out. ^__^

  • Journey to the West is one of my favorite stories i watch every remake of that story

  • WOW. this is WON~derful. good job.

  • you did a good job!!!

  • Thank you! And thank you for adding me to your favourites. ^__^

  • good job!

  • good job it looks so yummy!

  • I've never heard Korean with a Scottish accent before =D

  • Yeah, it's pretty sexy! You should taste my kimchi. ^__^

  • Wow, amazing!

I'm Korean and I've been living Scotland(Glasgow) for about 2yrs.

If you have queries, don't hesitate to ask me. ^^

  • Oh my God. you're so good at speaking Korean. I have never ever seen a foreigner who speak korean like you. I'm so proud of you! Keep learning Kroean and good luck at your cooking korean food.

  • hi, ur korean is beautiful! i am korean living in morocco! :)

  • Enjoyed your video! I love eating bulgogi, of course, but I have never tried the marination part of the preparing (which is the key part). I should give it a try! The name "Mangchi" is a bit odd, no?---it means "hammer" in Korean! Unless, of course, the derivation is from "mangchi-da" (to mess up), as in "mangchi-ji maseyo" ("Please don't mess it up")...

    Anyway, kudos!

  • Hi and thank you for your comments. Mangchi is the internet name of the wonderful lady who inspired me to have a go at cooking Korean food. In this case, Mangchi means 'hammer'. LOL

  • Wow I'm very impressed.... Your Korean speaking & your Korean style dinner table are so good & so cute! Kudos.

  • To be honest i didnt understand jack but admire you for your effort. Good job.

  • That's okay. I can't understand jack of Russian. ;-)

  • your prononciation is good

  • wow~ you didn't just make bulgogi only but also made Korean side dishes! That's really authentic Korean meal setting! =) And also so impressed by how well you speak Korean!

  • Thank you for your kind words. It was a very special day. ^__^

  • WOW.. I'm very impressed with your speaking in korean. you are so good!

  • wow~! your Korean is very good~!!!

  • Thank you ^__^

  • Are you talking to me? Cause my name is Mangchi. Did we meet in Korea?

  • I don't think so. There is a wonderful Korean lady on here who shows how to make Korean food. Her name is Mangchi, too. ^__^

  • Bloomin marvellous!

  • peace within a family

  • you daughter reminds me of me and all my friends lol but were more crazier and a little random

  • wow i just happened to randomly click your site on maangchi's blog and i just wanted to say i'm impressed by how well you can speak =]

  • Oh, I'm glad to watch your video. Your family and food that you made, table setting, flowers, and some of speaking korean. Wonderful! I may link this to my blog so that my other blog readers will be encouraged. Super!!
