It's sad what happened to their friendship. But I think it was both of their fault. Yes Spencer is a dick, but when you love your friends you let them make their own mistakes.  Lauren was possessive of Heidi and Spencer was aswell, but he was Heidi's boyfriend so of course she wanted to be with him the majority of the time. It was pretty messed up what he did with the sex tape rumour. If it wasn't for that their friendship may have worked.

I cried from beginning to end. I love Lauren more than anything and I feel for her, and I know Heidi made a mistake but I mean we all do, it's apart if life and growing up. You learn from every mistake you make, and I think Heidi learned and she will never do that again because I know I wouldn't!

And yes, Heidi is a great friend and so is Lauren. If you both would get over the mistakes then your lives could move on in a good direction and what is the point of trying to "forget" when forgetting a friend is becoming entirely ignorant and unrealistic.
