  • Hey!! I have a question. I know what you said about the grapefruit juice and that would be cool but I have acid reflux. I take meds for it so am I ok to drink it anyway or should I just lose my "tummy pouch" without the assistance of the grapefruit juice?:)

  • as far as drinkinhg it anyway, that more a question for your physician. not trying to cause you harm:)

    other natural food accelerants are caffine, so a cup of black coffee works the same.

    with the sunflower seeds..uh, david's don't count, right? haha the salty roasted shelled ones.

  • lol. david's do count, since the sodium (salt) can become an issue if you eat them more than twice a week.

  • Yay! love you for validating my addiction, er, did I say addiction? I remember a news story said your body is actually lacking something when you crave. I crave salty things like pickles and sunflower seeds HARD at least 3 times a week. I don't give in usually >.>; lol. This is sort of unrelated, but you have such an amazing presence in your videos like you're only talking to the "youtuber" that is watching, and not to a massive crowd. Like when Elvis sang sometimes.. erm, this is odd?

  • addiction huh? no worries, we all have them. i'm addicted to watermelon and grape jumbo blow-pops. and starburst. and juice....

    be sure on the days you indulge in a lot of salty goodness you drink more water. flush your system.

    and it's not odd unless you make it odd:)

    And I have no choice in the water thing. My body is like "please stop eating those damn things!" and I try to drown out the voice with water. I can eat an entire back straight.. which is probably not so good. Plus it's not the most attractive habit >.>

    Thank you for all your wisdom! Do you know a good multivitamin? cause there are a lot out there and every gym sign up guy has told me that the ones I buy at the store are no good :/

  • liquid vitamins work the best, you body absorbs the liquid faster, but the taste can be a hurdle. but centrum, kirklands, nature made are all good brands. PRICE ISN'T A SIGN OF QUALITY.

    ps. gym workers tell you that so you'll buy their brand, most (gym workers) aren't nutritionist, they are salemen.
