...fundamentally YOU have been brought up NOT according to spiritual precepts or universal laws but as a product of a controlled, utterly corrupt system which has misshaped your mind.
It is only when honestly assessing the system that the mind can engage in reunifying itself, because it has become, obviously, as fragmented as the society it has internalized as its 'natural environment'.
This is why one MUST look 'at the negative'.
9/11 would be a good place to start. No end to the lies...
DON'T meditate, don't try to 'awaken your kundalini', just LOOK at the system & realize you were conditioned.
When you see the system for what it really is, then YOU are the one doing the seeing. This will generate, if dilligently pursued, a progressing disentanglement from the conditioning that is ongoing and that must be faced in order to dismantle the countles viruses inserted in our fragmented minds.
In other words, don't look INSIDE, look OUTSIDE. Understanding...
@suddenlyitsobvious I think didnt methods are useful, i wouldnt ever tell someone what to do, or not do, there are always more than one path, and often people need to combine different paths and methods, so we look inside and out. The moment you stick to one path you become dogmatic and will become locked in again
I keep hearing about the next human evolution being a spiritual one, yet i see little evidence for a critical mass of human spirituality people are still far to obsessed with material gain
People like Redfield appeal to traumatized masses to scared to be honest with themselves and reality, and who float away dissociatively on feelgood vibes. Redfield sure cashed in on it with his junkfood 'spirituality'.
People actually appear to be thinking that spiritual insight is dished out through the mass media like warm cheeseburgers at McDonalds.
Note how Redfield doesn't address the deceptive system we live in, nor how the human psyche works. Junkfood...
There are TONS of people out there using mantra's and buzzthemes like '2012', 'spiritual awakening', 'pole shift', 'mayan calendar', 'synchronicity', 'consciousness shift' and soforth. They'll often say things like 'don't focus on the negative', NOT understanding that it's ONLY when the negative is honestly faced that an actual awakening can occur. Most haven't got the guts for it, floating away on disscoiative scenario's and following guru's is THEIR way...
@suddenlyitsobvious So then u agree? I wouldnt go as far to say its "Junk food" i think its a great introduction to spirituality, i just hope people go further inside, and i certainly agree about the negative path, reminds of someone who said "theres nothing to fear but fear itself"

I loved the Celestine Prophecy years ago when I read it and after watching this video I can't wait to read The Twelfth Insight! Thanks James!
