Correct, as many have cited this as the 5th Annual American Comedy Awards. The 'Urkel Dance' episode of Family Matters aired 2/8/91, and this aired 4/3/91.

I actually remember watching this when it originally aired. It's such a bizarre, surreal combination - 'Urkel' and Bea Arthur.

It is sad that she passed away.
