I recommend you trying the Bioderma makeup remover. I used to use the oil + water removers but have since switched to Bioderma which works just as well on waterproof makeup. Though quite expensive in the US (it's reasonable in HK).

@MegaJuanabe No, not at all. Chanel Perfection may dry to a powdery finish, but Hourglasss Immaculate is formulated primarily for oily skin! It feels more dry on the skin, whereas Perfection still feels moisturizing :)

How do you check whether your skin is totally clean after using cleansing oils? I usually use an other cleanser afterward to make sure that there is no make up stain on my face but that takes me longer on cleansing and sometimes it dries my skin out!

@Hbful1994 I usually use a make-up removing wipe before the cleansing oil and then use toner to make sure all the reside is removed. If your face is truly clean, the pad you use for the toner should come off the skin clean! Make sure you don't use a cleanser with alcohol for the second cleanse! Try using a milky cleanser :)

Hi, your videos are so informative. I have only come across a few channels that I enjoy as much as yours. I know that you enjoy higher end products and am wondering which line do you prefer for eyeshadows, in terms of crease free, color selection, staying power etc. I am not a Mac fan at all. hey Rae, I have very a very pigmented, stubborn, dark red to burgundy lips and the only colours that show up are brights, are there any lip products that can tone it down or maybe colour correct it? As for the shu cleansing oil - I, too, am a true believer. If you like the thicker consistency, I think you would enjoy the cleansing beauty oil premium a/i version. I switch back and forth between that one and the whitening one (blue bottle). =)
